Same experience as many others. Ordered June 9th 2023. Part looked like it needed to be machined. Website stated wait 3-5 days before shipping confirmation, I did. Waited two weeks before I sent any emails. Over the next month, sent an email to every account listed on their site. Called and left a voicemail. Praying for this business's recovery, I wish they would have stopped accepting orders that they couldn't fulfill.

DON’T order from this company! They steal your money! No contact after multiple emails and their number is disconnected. Not sure they are still in business….

Worse place to do business at. Do not go there it's a waste of money and time 0 stars

Ordered and paid for parts online and they immediately deducted my bank account and sent a confirmation email. Weeks went by with no tracking dates. Emailed them many times with no response at all. Finally contacted my bank and had them reverse the charges. Don't waste your time or money with this company

Same problem as everyone else wish I woulda checked the reviews first I guess. Ordered 3 weeks ago no repairs after 3 emails and 3 voicemails. Guess I’ll have to dispute it on my card.

Don’t make the mistake of placing an order. They are out of business yet the store is still open to take your money.

First off I am not someone who normally would write a review, and this is not me “ sticking it to them”.

I have seen there products and they are quality.

My problem is the same as everyone else in the last year. They take your payment without sending a product and there is zero customer service to answer why that is (email or phone/voicemail).

Like I said I am not here to bash the company, I just don’t want others to waste their time and resources attempting to get your money back from your bank.

Ordered a part on 5/28. Over a month later and it never shipped. Of course there's no contact # so you have to fill out a form and they'll email you back. Which of course they never did. Now it says it's been delivered, but i try to track it, still says its being processed and hasn't shipped. Sure wish I could talk to someone.

Placed an order on the 5th of this month, it’s now the 21st. No tracking information, I’ve called 6 times, left voicemails, emails, and it’s a ghost town. This was unfortunate, just be careful as it looks like several others are having the same issue

I placed a order on the 6th, paid for the 3 day shipping, it’s now the 27th, I left voicemails, emails, and nothing, this company is a joke, don’t order from these clowns, this company deserves a 0!

Ordered parts on June 13. Have emailed multiple times, to multiple departments, and left messages on their phone that no one seems to answer. Zero messages/emails returned.

Id put 0 stars if i could.
Possibly a scam
Ordered ~$200 worth of parts from them and its been a solid 2 weeks with no shipping update. Called multiple times. Sent emails. Total radio silence. Offered on voicemail to just eat the 2 hour drive and pick em up in store and get refunded shipping but no response. Looked online and other people are having it worse with month or two waits until they finally cancel the order.
The only thing i can think of is that they don't carry an actual stock and instead order the parts from the supplier as they need them. And if thats the case they should update their processing time to at least try to hide it. Not even writing this during a holiday season.
Not ordering from them again

As seems to be the case with anyone over the past few months, I too have to warn would-be customers: DO NOT ORDER FROM TRACKERDIE.
I placed an online order on May 17th, was charged on the 18th, and to-date have not received my order, a status update, or ANY response to my multiple attempts to contact the company via email, telephone, text, or social media. If I didn't live on the other side of the country, I'd try knocking on the door. At this point, I'm left with little choice but to elicit some sort of response from them here or dispute the charge with my bank.
Save your money and your sanity; order elsewhere until they get their act together.

Don’t order from this company. Not even sure they are still in business. I made a simple parts order, and never got shipping confirmation. I tried contacting Trackerdie many times via email, and even left voicemails. Not a single response. So at this point about three-four weeks had went by. I was able to contact my credit card company and get my money back. Save yourself the headache and order parts somewhere else.

Don’t even think these guys are still operating. Don’t place an order here. Been waiting since April 27th. Seen a bunch of other people with the same issue.

Ordered a very simple Harley Part from Trackerdie that was advertised on there website.and a T-shirt, cause I figured if I was buying a part might as well support the business and get a T-Shirt too being that I was paying for shipping as well to get the part so might as well make the order worth my while. Placed order on April 10th, 3 weeks went by.no confirmation of shipment was sent, so I sent an E-mail to customer service with my order number asking if they knew anything about it.did not receive any reply.nothing to say they were waiting for parts nothing! Sent another e-mail this time in a more serious tone because it was now May 18th finally got a reply at the end of the day on May 18th and it was just a very generic order E-mail saying Your order was cancelled! No apologies not anything. Trackerdie will go down as the worst customer service I have ever received for ordering aftermarket Harley Parts! And I have ordered a lot from other reputable parts distributors! Do yourself a favor. If you need to order aftermarket parts for your Harley or motorcycle.stay away from Trackerdie.there customer service is a TOTAL JOKE! Realistically There rating should be 0 out of 5 stars cause you do a whole lot of waiting for nothing!

These guys are the real deal, very friendly staff the owner goes above and beyond for the customers. Got my new mags and tires looking amazing. I will definitely be back when I need work done thank you again guys!
