Tractor Supply Co., El Cajon CA

I asked an employee for puppy vaccines, he gave me the adult annual booster shots. I tried returning the vaccine 8 minutes away, I explained to the manager it was refrigerated, she grabbed the vaccine out of my hand rudely, said look “ I can’t just receive that”. Tried explaining her employee was at fault, felt disrespected. I’ll never shop there again.

Canceled our order with no communication. Called the day of delivery to find out when they would be here, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and would not give us information and told us the driver would contact us. At 2pm I called again and the same girl answered and told me that the driver had left and we would not be receiving our delivery and we would get it the next day. The next day we waited and nothing. When we called again we found out that they had canceled order 20 minutes after we had made the order because they didn’t have the item in stock at that store. My husband has been on the phone all day trying to get the product with no help. He has been passed around numerous times with conflicting messages.
Extremely disappointed.

Tractor Supply Company, just off of Lake Jennings, is a place I turn to for all my pet needs. From chickens to dogs, they have it all. If you need a grill, clothes or tractor; it's all there. Very clean store with a very friendly and helpful staff. Being disabled, they were quick in helping me out with all my needs. Offering curbside pick up is another big plus. Lots of parking and right off the freeway makes this store a great convenience. I am looking forward to shopping there again in the near future.

Have been in store about 15 times. All employees are very professional, helpful and know the stores products. Excellent prices and have farm supplies, clothing and hundreds more items Germaine to the community needs in the area.

This store is great for many finds. I buy large bags of wild bird food and have suggested to shoppers at the 99 cent store to buy here in bulk instead of paying 99 cents for 1 lb!

There are some decent products at TSC but I started to notice something. I think that a lot of the items they carry have doppelgangers over at Harbor Freight. That's just a guess but stop and look at a few of the tool type products and you'll see the similarities. Aside from that, the staff has always been nice to my family and I so I know I'll be back for parts.

The customer service is universally awful across every employee I have encountered here. They almost seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. The products are inexpensive, but also poor quality.

They are very friendly and stand behind they're equipment and products. I bought a 40ton log splitter it looked like it had been sitting in the sun for a year. Sure enough it broke down and they gave me a new one fresh out of the box. No problems with the new one!

As soon as I walked in and througout the store. I was never greeted or ask once if I need help looking for something. The employees were more interested what their plans were for this coming weekend. I made eye contact with them several times. But it just seemed like they looked right through me.

I came in to purchase a ratcheting wench kit and some bolts. But just walked out after walking around the store for 20 min.

Never again.

Best place in my opinion to get any sort of pet supplies at the best prices and staff are friendly. If you want healthier but still affordable options for your pet, go here.

I WANT to like TSC, but they never have what I need. Even if it is an item they usually carry, they will be out of stock. I might be done trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Originally was going to home depot but thought I would support a "local" business. I should of spent the time and effort to go to home depot. One they dont offer militarily discount and apparently you can ONLY use gift cards if they are tractor supply gift cards. I had $75.00 on a g/c that couldnt be used.
If they didnt have to dig the weed eater out of the back "tent" I would of left and went with my original plan. I ONLY completed purchase because they were so kind to locate the item that wasnt on the shelf.

Probably last purchase at Tractor Supply, tried to do the right thing and shop local and support.

We have been coming here now for 3 years to buy our dog food and supplies. They have vaccination clinics here and you can also buy certain vaccines and do it yourself. Also find a good selection of auto and garden/ranch supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and well stocked.

These folks have everything you could possibly need and the customer service is absolutely fantastic! They're very welcoming, helpful and friendly!

They are always friendly, answer questions, have a great inventory, selection and fair price. Tractor Supply is one stop shopping for the ranch, farm or house!

Not much to say. It's your standard tractor supply it was clean the staff was friendly they had what I was looking for at an acceptable price. I'll definitely go back without hesitationif I need something there

Helpful staff on the phone. I called in to inquire about a product before driving to the store. The person on the phone actually went and looked for a very specific fertilizer to confirm the size and price. Nice country hardware store.

Absolutely love this store and the employees. They are always willing to stop what they are doing to help you out. Great selection of merchandise. We are going to miss them when we move to Arizona.

It's a bit of a nice new to town store but has potential and best weed eater line I have ever used well worth every expensive penny produce massive performance
