There baby chicks are sick and will die shortly after you purchase them. Even though I wasn't looking for a refund I called to let them know and one of the employees mentioned that he's been getting a lot of calls lately for the same thing and that I could give my information to the manager and they would refund me the money. He was going to transfer me to a manager but then got back on the phone and his whole story changed it was his mistake no refunds or accountability it was then my fault and i didn't take care of them correctly.

Way better selection than the hemet store! Great job. I checked out your clothing, lawnmower parts, dog section and was very impressed with the stock. You could use some work on customer service. I think you need more help. Waited 20 minutes for assistance.

Went to purchase a Winchester safe valued over $650 and the lady at the register said she would get help but no one ever bothered to assist us. We waited for about 15 and by that time my kids and wife got restless so we left. First time there and will be the last. Horrible service to have customers wait that long especially if we were going to spend that much money.

The customer service here is terrible. I placed 2 orders online for items that were in stock and ready for same day pickup. Both were canceled with no explanation given. When I called to find out about it the manager was rude and no help at all. I won’t be going back to this location ever.

The young man who helped me load a safe into my truck, 15 minutes before closing had exemplary customer service. Even though I was one of those customers, he helped me with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He deserves a raise.

The employee's are very nice I go there alot for the science diet dog food, I just wish they would move the dog food so I can get it instead of putting it behind a pillar.

Great place for clothing. I picked up a great Cowboy hat on this visit! Also everything from seeds to dog food to chickwn coups!

Best store around for 99% of the stuff we need to keep up with our dogs, chickens, goats, turtles.well not everything but damn close to everything! Staff makes this a 5-star rating, they are awesome

I came here right at closing time to buy some items to fix my car which broke down in the parking lot.
Despite the time of night, all of the staff were super helpful and friendly. They never made me feel like I was holding them up from getting home; in fact, just the opposite. Because of my situation, they went out of their way to make me feel better. Awesome store, awesome staff!

What's not to love! Awesome variety of stuff and always fun to look around. Do yourself a favor and try the green apple licorice.

Customer service is very hit and miss. Prices are decent. Advertised items get moved around quite a bit so it takes a while to find what you're looking for.

Finally made it to the store with my 2 young kids, for some medicated feed that was needed. Only to be told they have 8 in the back but cant get to them until the morning, isn't there something else you can use by Valerie. Expected a little better service, but it's not the first time I get some BS.

Love this place shop here all the time. It's like if Harbor freight had a love child with Petco and Petcos biological mother was Boot barn. Yep that splains it.

Love this place. I have horses so they carry what I need ie. Purina brands among others. Friendly and helpful

This is one the Tractor supply I prefer to go to as the aisles are wide and clean, the employees are nice and most importantly it's close to the highway!
