I was purchasing about $ 100.00 worth of items, my arms were full and Sonya the cashier told me to back up as I was trying to put my items on the counter, insulting that I was trying to get the credit card number from the person in front of me, I asked if she thought I was trying to do that and she said no, then why would she ask such a thing, My wife and I spend thousands of dollars in TSC every year but after tonight we will never return again

Unfortunately for me I was followed by an employee as soon as I walked into the store. When I was at checkout I asked the employee if he was following me, no he replied. That’s when the cashier Tarra or Terror said very rather matter fact my oh no he’s not the one who follows customers around, oh wow I responded. Than she went on to be very passive aggressive…have a WONDERFUL day. Very very very unprofessional but it is Oroville

Everytime I go in this tractor supply with a backpack on they call the cops on me accusing me of stealing stuff mind you I have never stolen anything from them

Tara at Oroville store went above and beyond to get us a case of dog food from another location when Amazon subscribe and save not only delivered us unusable dog food but then also canceled next order because I complained! Thank you Tara and Ranger thanks you too!

Lots of parking. Great staff. But the inside of the store is dark and dreary
Low ceilings and no sunlight. This place is depressing and its not s store I want to go into. The Galt and Auburn stores are so much nicer. This one I'll pass on.

Oroville Ca. Store has amazing employees. Thank you Danielle, Tara, and new employee Sonya. All three went above and beyond customer service. Sonya was extremely helpful for just starting. These woman are amazing and will go far in your company.

Excellent, was there this morning and Joan and Tara were assisting me. These two ladies went above and beyond to see all my questions were answered. They were extremely polite and very helpful. I'd recommend Tractor Supply to everyone.

Great Store, Great Products, and Great People. Professional employees and a Clean store. Well stocked almost always. House cats to cows they have it all for pets and livestock.

I just want to say that a breeder works here and is telling people to get the wrong shots for there dogs, everyone should know just because they breed dogs dosen't make them a vet, tractor supply should be in full responsibility if someone listens to this staff and gets the wrong shots for their puppies. This staff could kill someone's puppy. Remember not veterinarian's work at tractor supply, if you have a question about any of there shots for pets contact your veterinarian or any veterinarian an ask please don't listen to this lady at tractor supply she almost killed our pup with her 9-1 shot these shots are WAY to much for weeks old puppies.

I needed to buy an umbrella and they had it for a price $2 cheaper than the next place. I called in inquired about the umbrella, and the lady on the phone was super friendly, told me it was the last one and when I said that I would be right down, she put it on reserve for me. The cashier was also incredibly friendly and everyone was extremely professional.
