Went in today to get light bulbs and rang the bell twice for service. There was a person behind the wall that didn’t even acknowledge we were there and say “hey I am on the phone be right with you”. A salesman walked over and saw the person behind the wall and said oh he is on the phone. We waited and still no help so we left and went to O’Reilly’s. I have never been to a dealer and had such terrible service. Need to step it up guys.

I have a lease return and came by Tracy Chrysler last month to confirm what I needed to do in regards to turning in my lease vehicle. I was told I didn’t need an appointment, to just bring it in the day I wanted to turn it in and it would be done! So today 10/17/23 I came in only to be told that the only guy who does lease returns is off for the next 2 days and since I didn’t have an appointment, I would have to find another dealership to turn in my vehicle! The worst part of this whole situation is that I tried to prepare a month ago only to be turned away today after doing what I was told to do! I never will spend a single penny at this dealership! What a joke!

Worst car buying experience. I bought a car here almost exactly 3 years ago, October 31,2020. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler, I love the car. It's the experience that was problematic. They treated me like a "dumb woman", even going so far as to tell me "don't touch that" and pointed to the 4x4 shifter, as if this isn't MY OWN CAR I JUST BOUGHT! Disgusting misogynist staff, take your business elsewhere.

I recently inquired about a car by Matthew the salesperson at this dealership, he was very friendly and made it the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. He is very knowledgable and doesn’t make others feel pressured! Ask for him!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership thanks to Archie who made everything run so smoothly. He was really helpful and attentive to our needs as well as doing everything in his power to make sure I went home happy and with a car I liked. We definitely appreciated his help as we surely liked him and thought he was one of the best salesperson we’ve met and has won us and our families as future customers.

I think worst review usually tell truth. Like many others gave 1 star, I experienced same, CAR IS SOLD. I was interested in nice looking used car, still available in website. I got contacted, made appointment, and visited to find out car is SOLD.of course, the person I made appointment with is not there (very very typical). Surprising thing is that, I just showed picture, sales person didn't even check VIN or other info, know it's sold. Maybe that's very famous picture that every sales person know FAKE. What's the point of bringing customer in and find out it's sold? Especially this type of economy? Does management think customer still come back? Maybe they all think customers are dumb. I erased this place from my map. I won't visit again.

If you want better customer service in Person, go somewhere else. Great at getting in touch with you about a vehicle to get your Buisness, However typical of todays car salesman fail to inform new customers if a vehicle is sold. Buisness is Buisness and understand first come, but please let customers know if a vehicle is no longer available even if an appointment is scheduled. Time is money and driving almost 2 hours to the vehicle no longer there is bad Buisness. Please properly communicate with your customers and remember scheduled appointments.

Took my Dodge Charger in cause of the check engine light came on, they told me that oil pump needed to be replaced and gave me price for parts and labor, I said ok, and left my car. They told me it would be ready in a couple of days thst they would call me. A few days went by, and I hadn't heard from them, and I called to see if my car was ready. They told me a few days more. I never received a call to let me know what was going on. Finally, a few days later, when I picked up my car, they added an extra part I didn't approve, an oil pan. The manager lied, she told me it was necessary that when the oil pumps got changed out, it was necessary to change the oil pan and that my radiator was leaking too. If I wanted it replaced? Told her no.
So, I did my research. Found out it wasn't necessary to replace the oil pan, and my radiator wasn't leaking. I made them refund me for the oil pan. Never going back to them.

I bought a 2021 Jeep Trailhawk compass from Tracy CDJR dealership. I bought it in April 2023. They gave me the car dirty, took it back to get it detailed. When I got it back, they scraped my windows and chipped my windshield. They did not repair it and stopped answering. Now, it is august and my jeep has been in the shop for two weeks and many parts of the vehicle had to be replaced, the axel, the rack and pinion steering. I am paying out of pocket for a "good" condition car that they sold me.

Worst experience with a service department in a car dealer ever. I definitely don’t recommend it and will be taking my business somewhere else. I used the online website to schedule service for my Jeep and got a confirmation email for an appointment in 2 days. Arriving there to be told that they don’t have any record of my appointment. I showed them the email confirmation and they took the car in and I was told they will call me back with an estimate. The NEXT day, I received no calls. I had to call back to be told that the estimate is $2300, when I asked did they apply my service plan that I told them about they said NO. They asked for the plan number, I did not have as the number on hand, as it is in the card in the car glovebox. I said it should be in my profile as I used this dealership multiple times. They said that the dealership is sold in 2021 or something and they don't have any records. Anyway, they said they will file-in a claim and it takes around 1 day to get the reply back. Two days later no calls whatsoever. I called again today (Saturday), to be told that my advisor does not work on the weekends and that I have to wait for Monday. When I asked the lady on the phone to check in their system whether there is an estimate for the car, she said she does not have access. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was told there is no body available and have to wait for Monday. That’s completely unprofessional, I don’t know why do I have to wait for 7 whole days to just get an estimate on the service cost.

Save your time and don’t bothering driving to this dealership. We called on our way driving to this dealership to make sure the vehicle we were interested in was still available. We were told YES. Took us 20 min after the phone call to get there just to be told face to face it was sold and if they can help us find another vehicle. If you had to lie to get us to your dealership, then why would I trust you to purchase a vehicle from you?

Update on Sales: Matt and Davod were amazing to work with! I told them the budget I had and they went above and beyond to make the deal happen! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Israel was amazing! Made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door. I will always bring my truck here to get serviced from now on directly because of him!

I have purchased many vehicles in the past (Nissan, Lexus, Honda, Acura, several BMWs, Mercedes).
Tracy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM on Naglee Road was the absolute best dealership I have ever been to!

Lance, Mark, and Bob worked with me with my tight budget to fulfill the needs of our business! Originally, we came in to purchase a promaster city van from Lance, but after seeing the commercial trucks on the lot, we changed our minds and threw the sales team for a loop.

I communicated with Lance on the phone and via text at about 9am on Wed. July 5th. By 2pm my credit app was submitted and i was driving an hour away to Tracy to get the van. Lance had it detailed for us and waiting. He was leaving at 5pm that day due to other obligations and we understood. He passed us off to the sales manager.but Lance made sure to say hello to us before he left!

We were conflicted between the van and this RAM 1500 truck.
The Ford van we own needed a new engine and Ford told us it would be $11k for a refurbished engine. We rented a truck at the airport to get us by, and of course they hooked us up with a Hemi Limited.
My fiance (toyota lover) fell in love with the 2023 hemi limited. I'll get him one of those hemi limited soon. In the meantime, he will enjoy the basics while he works in the HVAC business.

Avoid the bay area pricing and hit up Tracy CDJR.you will fine genuine people who care about you! Dealer markups in the bay area are at least $9000 and they won't budge!

I wish I could put no stars. This Dodge “service” location is the things nightmares are made of.

Here’s my story.

I heard a faint strange concerning noise driving around my work place in Tracy. So, naturally I take it in to Dodge. They say you are correct in your concern, it’s the drive shaft. Well, the part was only relaced in April of 2022, so this should not happen. So I begin a warranty claim. This is where the nightmare begins to form.

I am told after 2 days, that I need to send in invoice of part and repair. I do. Dodge “service” drags their feet to get their “warranty administrator” to see case. All the while I am not getting any answers ir details. And to make things really miserable, Dodge Tracy does NOT get direct calls. So it goes through a call center first. Everytime (but once) I call I can’t reach anyone. Advisor or manager.

Finally, on Monday before July 4th, I sit down with the manager and she says yes to warranty part coverage, but that it is back ordered. I ask for a loaner car. They say they don’t offer that.

Wed.comes. No answers. A week at this point.

Finally, I decide to forget the warranty part and buy an aftermarket part since it is NOT back ordered. I ask that Dodge Tracy waves diagnostic fee. No answer.

I call tow for my car to be picked up. Driver says daignostic fee owed. I pay with no debit allowed, only credit, 3% fee.

I will be suing this terd of a “service” center and continuing this review on all platforms. Google, Facebook and beyond.

Skip the nightmare and NEVER set foot in this place.

Go see Eric Fernandez I the service department at Tracy Dodge. He is quick and very professional. I brought my car in for work. And he took the time to make shire things were done right. Give him a promotion. And keep him around. Thank you from the customer with the Green Challenger.
