Arrived @ appointment time. They did the service in a timely fashion and explained what needed to be done on the next service and did not push to get is done. Very professional.

The service at Tracy Toyota was exceptional. My service representative, Zin, gives exceptional service and is the most helpful and knowledgeable rep I know. She goes way beyond "good" service and makes sure that unusual mechanical problems are communicated accurately to the techs and then she follows up to ensure the problems were fixed. As to the technicians who worked on my truck, I don't know their names but they also did an incredible job - my truck hasn't run this well in years! And the steam cleaning on the engine - OMG - I can't remember when it has looked that clean. Thank you all so much!

Its just ok i had to wait too long to get my car out of service after it was already ready for pickup i felt like thier is miscommunication between employees

We recently bought a car here, and had an easy, low stress experience. Samantha Emmett was great! She had our vehicle ready when we arrived, was knowledgable about it, and was able to answer all our questions.

Worst experience in my life.bad customer service.warn you not to go there. It took them 3 weeks to settle with me. They did to my satisfaction.they sold me a faulty car 3 days later and 3000.00 in repairs they wanted me to pay. I don't think so.they settled to my satisfaction after 3 weeks of arguing with them. Do not buy any used car from them.they do not do inspections on them. They shine them up buff them out.

I absolutely love the staff at this place! Super friendly and were honest as can be in helping us find a reliable van for a great price. Truly couldn't be happier!

Oh my, the Asian guy from India, I guess, was so rude. I went there to inquire only, as I told him beforehand. He toured me to see some of the cars and I was not interested at that time. You know what he did? He let me go home like a first grader. What a disgusting salesperson!

Wanted to thank Tracy Toyota and especially my service advisor Mingo. From the very 1st meeting with him till driving off the lot I knew I made a great choice in trusting Mingo and the team at Tracy Toyota. My car is like new again thanks to them getting my transmission replaced, rear axle seals and brakes bled properly. I like/love to do my own maintenance on all my vehicles. But when there is something major like a transmission that's something I definitely don't want to take chances with. Mingo was amazing, he even got me into a new Tacoma to drive around in till my truck was done!

We treated very well there and our deal for a 2017 Toyota Highlander was very straight forward. We came from Fresno and they had the car ready for us to check out. They were much better to deal with the local Toyota dealers.

I have purchased alot of vehicles in my lifetime. This by far was the best experience ever, working with Deepak and Tina they made this process super quick and easy. I am a very happy customer and will definetly work with them again on any future purchases I make.

Tracy Toyota has a superb-professional & friendly staff. My new car lease & trade in were handled in a very timely and expert manner. I was driving off in my new Avalon in less than 2 hours with a perfectly well done mutually beneficial auto lease transaction. I drove all the way from San Francisco because I know the GM & his team are fantastic!

They basically lie to you and are super shady. They added things to my loan they told me we're going to be free and hid them.

Also the service department broke clips and trim on my car and left it that way

Please do yourself a favor and go over to Stockton dealership you'll save money and they are not shady

If you're looking for a new or slightly used Toyota, there are far better options than this particular dealership. The sales team does the typical "bait and switch" thing that all car salespeople do, do NOT even listen to any of the words that come out of sales or finance guy's mouth. ONLY look at what is written down.
If you've not heeded my advice thus far, and made the mistake of purchasing from these people, get ready for the real fun to begin. Maybe you need a part or something nice because you've never owned a new Tacoma before and decide to go to the parts counter for said item. Here, you'll be greeted by both the most incompetent and rudest parts counter people I've ever dealt with. But's that's "ok", they looked super busy sitting on those stools in that back room. I'm sorry I bothered them.
Now, the coup de grâce or is it the "straw that broke the camels back", regardless.
Say the new (er) Toyota that you purchased needs a warranty repair because this dealership sold you a vehicle with a leaky windshield. You might think, "I'll make an appointment so everyone knows why I'm there and to make sure they have all the parts needed for said repair", so you make said appointment. Then, you'll show up. No one at the service counter knows anything about your appointment or why you're there. They sure as heck don't have anyone there that can repair a leaky windshield. But you find this out only after they accuse you of possibly trying to pull your own windshield out (is this a thing). So, now they need to reschedule you. So, you'll take another day off of work, and show up to have your repair done, but guess what. (drum roll). No one knows why you're there and they sure don't have anyone that can fix a leaky windshield. Understandably, you're getting upset so they send someone to your work to do the repair a week later. But the people they send out are even more incompetent that the Toyota parts counter people, so your windshield still leaks. Calling, again, to set up a fourth appointment, and to take another day off, you arrive at the dealership. 3 hours later they will inform you that your car is ready because they tested it and there is no leak. Doing everything in your power to remain calm, you'll politely ask them to direct you to a water hose where you'll have to show the "car repair expert" how windshields vs.water work. So, we have eye witness evidence that this leak does occur, and four hours later they tell you your vehicle is ready.
You'll get back in your vehicle and see that instead of taking the windshield out, repairing the seals and re-installing, they just squirt some black caulk on the inside of your windshield and call it a day.
Since it's getting dark by this time, 7 hours from whence you arrived, you'll drive off wishing you'd bought a Nissan.

We bought two car from this dealer, Kenny helped us out in both of the deals. Great price, great customer service, I would definitely recommend this dealer especially Kenny. We will come back to this dealer if we ever need a toyota again!

My experience at Tracy Toyota was fantastic. They treated me with red carpet treatment, and white glove service. I highly recommend Tracy Toyota, for shopping for a new car.

Good service, but costly mistakes are made. They gave me the wrong set of spare keys, and had to go back and waste 2 hours waiting for the replacement. Simple processes should be in place to avoid these kind of situations.

I went to Tracy Toyota to look at a RAV 4 specifically. From the moment that I arrived, I was treated with respect by Johnny and Art. My questions were answered and I experienced no overselling at all. I made an appointment a week later to purchase my 2018 RAV 4 XLE and from the moment I entered the dealership to completing the financing with Angel (which included a test drive) was a total of 3 hours, absolutely amazing! I left feeling and continue to feel great about my experience!

An overall very good experience. Tina is very helpful, kind and honest. Talked with her through text and settled an appointment, got my new Corolla LE in less than two hours. No game, no hidden cost. Highly recommend if u're looking to buy a Toyota.
