Love this place. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the cost. The prices are a bit outrageous.

Top of the hill experience. The Vet Techs are outstanding, kind, and caring. Doctor is excellent. Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Villacarte was the most efficient, detailed, knowledgeable vet I have seen in a very long time. She examined my dogs entire body, concerned about weight, diet, other issues that were not primary reason for the appointment. She was clear on the overall treatment plan, gave options, starting with the least expensive treatment first. I see her continuing on, making Tracy Veterinary Clinic the historic pet clinic that it has been since Dr. Makino opened in the 60’s, followed by Dr’s. Mattison and Atchison. Hurray for the pets in Tracy with Dr. Villacarte treating them!

The grooming department of Tracy Veterinary Clinic was professional and prompt in their services. The Groomer is polite and listens to how my dog was to be groomed and did so to my satisfaction. Very good!

The staff is great, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Vilacarte is great as well, knowledgeable and very informative.

Took my dog to have his paw looked at for a foxtail and they put him under and probed around to look for it. Didn't find it. Wrapped his paw up and sent him home with no meds or pain killers. He suffered all night. Would the Vet send her own dog home with no meds or pain killers.look for another Veterinary Clinic that cares.they don't.

My Yorkie Menna Boards here a few times per year. Everyone is very Caring its like leaving her with Family.

Quick and fast visit to the office on appointment day. Friendly staff with reasonable price. Only wish they could schedule appointment faster.

The vet was nice enough. But why do vet clinics make appointments then have us sit in a room for over 15-20 minutes? It's as if they are telling us that our time doesn't matter.our pets (and us) are feeling anxious enough- and to feel as if our needs are irrelevant. And the "other patients" excuse means NOTHING to me. Make appointments based on the "what ifs"- cause it's not fair to have us just wait and no one comes to check on us, or anything.

Great front office staff. Very courteous and kind. Took Missy back right away knowing she is aggressive towards little dogs. She had a teeth cleaning done and they now look awesome. Vet called and give up dates right away. She did a wonderful job. Missy is back home happy and eating. Thank you so much ladies.

This vet is wonderful! She was very friendly, caring, thorough, and approachable. The staff is also caring, friendly and fun. My only complaint was the wait time. I was there a little long in my opinion for a wellness check and blood work. It took and hour and half. However the service was so good that the wait was okay. I highly recommend their office.

Saw Dr. Villacarte for the first time. Knowledgeable, thoroughly explained treatment options. Staff and Doctor all friendly and professional.

This vet office treats you like family! I have been to most of the other vets in my 30 years of living in Tracy. The vets gave always been amazing and caring. The newest vet is just as amazing. She takes the time to tell you what’s going on and what is in B the best interest of your 4 legged baby. The staff is also amazing and greet you with a smile.

It was Luna’s 1st visit since we moved to Tracy. Over all experience from the time we checked in to the time we spent with the Doctor to the time we checked out was absolutely wonderful. The staff took the time to make sure we have all the forms/documents we needed. Doctor Jeanna (I apologize, I forgot her last name) is wonderful. She answered every question I had and even explained further into the choices I might have for Luna. The tech (again I apologize, I didn't get her name) who helped us checked out in the exam room instead of the front desk because there was another dog and she wanted to make sure Luna doesn't get nervous. The best part of the visit was the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the Doctor. I came in for the 2nd opinion re: Luna’s spinal issue. She reviewed all the documents from the previous doctor we went to and gave us her professional opinion along with reading materials for me to take home. She did all this without bashing or "trash" talk the other office's doctor's assessment. I truly appreciate her professionalism and thoughtfulness in our visit yesterday. The wait for this visit was 2 weeks but it's worth it. I'm hoping every visit from now is just like the one we had yesterday. Thank you Tracy's Vet Clinic doctor and staff!

The staffs here are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile! They provide excellent customer service and I have had very positive experiences. I am glad that I found this great hospital for my little poochie
