Trader Joe's reviews
15Top supermarket fabulous wines starting at $1.99 cheap high quality own brands such as their famous tissue rolls, I liked trader Joe's so much it is now my favorite San Francisco supermarket where you can save money without saving quality.
Was told if I buy something I could use the restroom and when I did I was told they were out of order and they have nothing for keto/ bariatric diet including drinks.
This is a great Trader Joe's compared to NYC where it's so crazy busy it's hard to bring yourself to enter. This one is busy but more bustling than ridiculous.
Mostly great although their bags do not have handles (which is a very strange oversight). It’s not the type of thing you would realize is important until you don’t have them. This a city Trader Joe’s and many people going there need to walk a long distance. Their answer was to buy an expensive reusable bag, which seems like a cheap trick, money grab on their part
Please order bags with handles
I thought their prices were better than the nearby Safeway. The staff is certainly much more engaging and friendly. I needed to revisit several times during the last week and each time, the experience was as wonderful as the first time. Good pricing and great customer service makes a BIG difference!
One of the best Trader Joe’s in SF since it’s rarely too crowded. There is usually available parking in the garage as well.
What’s not to love? Fabulous selection of things you can’t find anywhere else, great prices and friendly staff who honestly look like they enjoy being there.
Trader Joe's is a good place to shop. However, they stopped carrying my favorite bread, a rye bread, which I now buy at another market.
Shoppers are allowed in depending on how many shoppers leave.cashiers are fast & there's not a long wait at checkout lines. Everyone who works there are relatively cheerful & helpful. They're stocked with most of the must haves & their prices are still on the affordable side.
Just a few blocks away from Pier 39 and the Fisherman's Wharf, this Trader Joe's has a great selection of food and drinks, organic products and fresh produce. The prices are generally fair and the quality of the products is good; the whole supermarket was clean and tidy. Ths staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked the interior design with the model of the Golden Gate Bridge and boats. One suggestion for improvement: please consider using less single-use plastic, especially when it comes to unnecessary packaging and wrapping.
I was shopping at Trader Joe's Bay street this morning and wondered why workers (at least at the cash register) weren't wearing masks since the distance between the cashier and customer is less than 6 feet at any register. I went to the main customer service desk and asked one of the "mates" "Why aren't your cashiers wearing masks? " All I got was a blank stare and zero response. I would normally rate this Trader Joe's as 4 or 5 star for both product and customer service but, TODAY it looks like the management is failing both their workers and their customers. Come on TRADER JOE'S - BE BETTER! In the past you have always been better.
A solid grocery store, with most of what you need. It’s a great place to grab something for your meal tonight, or even your office lunch or snack. Shopping here exclusively would be challenging to say the least.staples like toilet paper and coffee creamer are in short supply. Then again it’s a smaller store and not trying to be a Safeway! Prices are very good, especially for the city. And it’s not only two-buck-chuck, there are TJ brands all over the store for a really great price. I highly recommend this store, but you will still need to hit a mega mart for some things.
Thoroughly enjoy the customer service at the store. Every one from the crew chief / manager to the workers on the floor the cashier's even the security guards are willing to help you to have a very fast shopping experience Within a very welcoming environment. The store is normally fully stocked which is always comforting to know that when you go to the store the items that you are searching for are there. The cashiers are very friendly and very quick and I enjoyed. But I'm always surprised to see how the samples have the smallest utensils yet we're supposed to enjoy and Savor each morsel even though these utensils should be held in the hands of a toddler. LOL
I really like the people who work here. The products are really great and they have a nice parking garage that you can load your groceries quite easily in to your car. Local hot spot for sure.
