Trader Joe's reviews
16Always love going to Trader Joe's because I find something new and interesting almost every time I go. Saratoga store has friendly staff willing to help you.
Have a lot of choices of organic food at a reasonable price. Parking can be challenging sometimes but generally easy for grabbing some groceries when stopping by.
Good selection of produce and nice variety of foods, snacks, and drinks to try. They have done a very good job of keeping up with the current state of things. The employees are very helpful for anything needed.
Typical Trader Joe's inside. Parking lot entrances are narrow and spaces are a bit cozy. No entry from Bollinger towards towards DeAnza (west). Instead, turn left at DeAnza and make a u-turn near the Burger King on your right.
Staff was very friendly. Was happy with the food selection. I took it upon myself to avoid "rush hour" times, which probably added to my overall shopping experience. The store itself is a tad smaller than those I've been too in other cities, but they pack a lot into the space!
Love shopping at Trader Joe’s!
It’s got everything that I needed although it is not as big as Safeway, but love most the products are organic!
One of the worst TJ stores. Small parking lot. Cashier's almost always make mistakes and overcharge for something! And they keep changing the position of items.
The cashier named Stephen packed the groceries very neatly. He was also pretty friendly, but we could not quite hear him under his mask.
Very exciting options, high quality. And their selection is just large enough and rich enough so you walk out happy, while not being overwhelmed with choice!
All Trader Joe's in Bay Area are small but this one feels extra small. Parking is frustrating. Very small lot with multiple businesses and confused drivers. You'll feel frustrated before you even walk into front door of Trader Joe's. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
It's clean, usually has fresh items and staff is friendly, except for the guy who stands at the door to spray alcohol on your hands. He's the one who always has his head shaved.
The employees are courteous. For covid-19, it has a person at the entrance controlling occupancy rate, keeping carts "clean" and offering to spray hands of the entering customers.
Oh how I love Trader Joe's.
Their staff are awesome and their grocery selections never disappoint. I find my self here almost every week now looking for their new seasonal items to try out. When you find something you like, be sure to buy plenty. It will be gone soon!
Lines a little longer these days but they still go pretty quickly. Friendly staff and really great food options that vary by season makes any line worthwhile.
Trader Joe's got great European cookies, wines, liquors and champagnes! I like their dairy products, frozen foods section, canned fish and juices they are delicious!
Excellent staff and customer service. Safety protocols are great especially during these times. Store can get a bit busy on weekends but lines to enter store and check out moves pretty quickly.
