We just bought a new trailer there this morning. Very nice, friendly inviroment, and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Went to buy a enclosed trailer. Seen same 4 trailers for the last couple months and decided to stop in to see about buying one. They send out a new Guy to talk and make a sale? Guy didn't know anything about the trailers and didn't want to get owner to help make a sale. They didn't offer to fix any of it (it was the only size of that trailer or I woulda looked at another) or possibly knock a few dollars off. Everyone else does. Guy didn't want to really be out helping and then going over the trailer I found about 7 things wrong with it and the guy just didn't seem to care about the damages or want to make a deal. Look over your trailer from front to back before purchasing from them. Hopefully they treat others that want to buy better. All the trailers had at least one thing wrong. No wonder why the trailers are still there. Asking retail for damaged products. Customer service I thought was key to a sale. Alot of wrong done by you mister!

U better Look at LOOK before you leap!
Called Karsten last week and inquired about a car trailer. My second question was what was the size of the trailer followed by did it have Dexter axles, in which he replied “I believe they are the only ones making those axles now. ”
Immediately my wife and I rode up to Anderson and looked at the trailer. We did not focus on the axles because that question had already been answered (and I wouldn’t know how to identify Dexter axles externally anyway). We noticed water in a taillight and Karsten drilled a hole in it and stated he would order another. A light grommet was distorted and he pushed it back in. When asked how the trailer was delivered to the lot he told us that they were loaded on a car carrier 3 at a time. We purchased the trailer on the spot using a credit card (to accumulate Sky Miles), told him to just send me the new taillight and pulled it 20 miles home.
We reinspected the trailer when we got home and noticed a screw head had already popped off. I imagine this was overtightened at the factory and more would be soon to follow. I started doing research on LOOK trailers and discovered the axles were not Dexter (but a cheaper made axle) and multiple complaints about the LOOK trailers and business (see BBB). After reading scores of reviews I did not find one positive review. My heart sank and I sent an email (the business was closed for the day) with a picture of the broken bolt and requested to return the car hauler. The next morning Karsten called me back and explained that he didn’t TELL me that the axles were Dexter (even though that was the clear implication). He blamed my wife and I for not catching it while we inspected the trailer. When expressing my concern of more screws popping off with further pulling, he explained the trailer had already been pulled from a manufacturing plant in Utah (a clear contradiction to what he told me 16 hours earlier).
After several days of trying to determine what it would cost for me to return the trailer he reluctantly let us return it. After $250 in “credit card fees” and an additional “small restocking fee” of $416.69, I lost at total of $1250 returning this trailer. I rated this business at 2 stars because he DID finally take the trailer back. If Karsten would have been honest, and knew his product better, he would have saved us both a lot of time, money and trouble. I would caution anyone from buying from this business and anyone looking at LOOK trailers.

Today I had the pleasure of doing business with Karsten and his crew, all of them were super nice and knowledgeable and got me hooked up and out of there very quickly. Great people to do business with and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the help, I will be back again for the next one.

I drove 2hr to pick up my new Landscape Trailer and price is fair. Most places were much more expensive and most importantly worried about receiving Trailer title, and registration which this company was on top of it. I received my title and Registration within 2 weeks. I am happy with my purchase on a Big Tex 6.5x10 Landscape trailer. I recommend this place for reliable brand name Trailers within (530) Customer service was fast and easy, friendly people.

Giving this place a 1 is pushing it, but 0 isn't an option. Owner does not back his product at all. Bought a trailer from him with warped tires, he wouldn't make it right, wouldn't even try. Kept telling me he sells the trailers not the tires and he would have to deal with the manufacturer. I've been in customer service a long time and we all know that your number 1 priority is to make the customer happy, and then you deal with your manufacturer later. I wouldn't buy anything from him.

Years after our initial purchase, a question popped up that I needed to ask Karsten about. He was as attentive and helpful as ever and spent a good deal of time answering me to the fullest. This is one businessman out there that isn't in it just for the buck. Thank you Karsten!

Karsten is great to work with and has great prices. Even honored the price quote after the factory raised the price on the trailer we purchased.
