Good quality trailer. The service was fast. The only thing I didn’t like is the application they sent you to do it online. You have to fill out a lot when they can make it simple.

The staff at TrailersPlus, Redlands, CA are the read deal. My sales associate helped me from the financing all the way to hooking the trailer to my truck.

Nice trailer, fair price. I felt the Overall a positive experience for me. My accounting team might have a slightly different perspective. Our team had some issues with miscommunication when discussing payment options. I think it would be a good idea for TrailerPlus' phone reps that are not physically at a local dealer to explicitly state that fact.

I attempted to buy a cargo trailer in Las Vegas and made an appointment with the manager Antone. I arrived at my appointment early so I waited for my time. The manager never showed up to the appointment and everyone there were to busy to help and I was the only customer on the lot. After waiting for 45 minutes with no help I decided to leave and called the main Trailer Plus office to let them know what happened. A worker did call as I was driving away but it was too late. I was able to find the cargo trailer I wanted at Redlands California. I decided that since Las Vegas was not able to assist and don't care about customers I would drive from Las Vegas to California to pick up my cargo trailer I wanted. I drove over 7 hours round trip and bought my trailer from Matt at the Redlands store. Matt was on time and very professional and was very easy to work with. It was a very smooth transaction. If you are in Las Vegas and need a trailer from Trailers Plus I would avoid the Las Vegas store and drive to Redlands. I hope someone from the Management teams reached out so I can give them the entire story. Thanks again Matt for all your help.

Matt and Emmanuel were very knowledgeable about choosing the perfect trailer for my truck. They spent a lot of time discussing the options and the financing process was very simple.

The salesman did an excellent job of showing me to exactly the enclosed trailer I need. His walk through of the invoice and contract were clear and he clearly defined each area of both. The reservation and pickup on the following day was handled with a good deal of professionalism.
I towed my trailer with a heavy load today and was quite happy with the ease of loading and smooth hauling capability of the Interstate trailer. Thank you Manny!

Excellent experience. Matt was knowledgable, helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions and helped us select the right trailer. The staff installed our equipment quickly and efficiently.

Please train your call center employees better, when calling about to change our appointment, the rep seemed very unsure of what he was doing and took a long time typing and talking to himself.

Great experience! Customer service was fantastic. They get really busy so I would recommend having an appointment. I had an appointment an I was in an out with my new trailer pretty quickly. Not to mention great prices. Would definitely buy from them again!
