DONT RENT UNIT D6! WARNING MOLD! I started my lease on 8/31/23 but didn't move in until 9/5/23 due to personal reasons and ever since then I have realized why they were so eager to rent unit D6 out quick. It has a mold infestation and it smells musty/moldy/mildew and its causing my medical condition to flare up. I work from home and cant stand the odor it makes me sick and dizzy. I want to vomit. I have made 2 request to have the mold issue handled but they just came by to "Assess" and then take the next steps. If you are looking to rent here I don't recommend it. I'm stuck here now for the next year.its so unfortunate I was so sold on the apt at first. I failed to realize upon first walk thru of apt they had it all very well ventilated, fans on, windows open, and air fresheners plugged in, in all the outlets. I should have seen the signs but I failed to realize it. I been emailing back and forth with the area property manager Mursal Moshref she has been quick to respond to my email now I just hope they can fix my apt or I will need to contact our local county code agency to help me terminate lease or get my apt mold free. I will update this review as my lease continue.today is 09/14/2023.

Update: 9/16/23 I have terminated my lease. I was fortunate enough to not get charged a termination fee on account of the mold. I will be charged for my 15 days of utilities usage and I will be cancelling my renters insurance as well. I moved out and dropped off the keys in drop box at Leasing office. I just want to say that the manager Mursal Moshref and Rekka are a great and wonderful team they are awesome people who are doing their best with what they can. The buildings are old and need complete renovations to fix water damage and mold issues. I don’t recommend renting here. Find somewhere else to rent.

Update: 9/19/23
Got Email from Mursal Moshref today, she says they will send me back my full deposit minus final utilities. I appreciate it.

Update: 09/21/2023
Got physical mail from the main offices down in SoCal. The letter pretty much stated "thanks for renting with us and you'll get your deposit back minus utilities used. " Im expecting a check in the mail soon. I'll update as soon as i get my check.

I got my refund check. Time to search for more housing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not worth the $2.8k you pay a month. Work orders will be pending for months or maybe weeks, if you’re lucky. Everything in the apartment ends up breaking, there’s always leaks, and MOLD. My parents lived in building D and OMG it took them MONTHS to fix the mold issue. You call the office and no one ever picks up. Maintenance is always driving and walking around as if there aren’t any work orders to be done. I do NOT recommend living here.

You do not want to live here. Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE NO MATTER what kind of deal they give you. Your experience living here will be nothing but horrible. They don’t actually care about the tenants or the cleanliness of the environment it only looks nice when you view it because they only clean it up when there is viewings. You’ll not only deal with mice and cockroaches but you’ll be exposed to human fecal matter all over the sidewalks and whatever else comes from a human they just leave it there until it’s either eaten by animals or washed away very lightly from sprinklers over months and months of time. And if you are not slightly lucky enough to get a washer and dryer because they tell you everything is brand new but it certainly is NOT don’t let them fool you but you’ll have to use the very dirty laundry rooms and machines to wash your clothes in. Using those machines has left my clothes smelling horrible every-time and eventually I stopped and just went to a laundromat. Oh and be weary of the car ports and the very old trees a massive tree fell down and destroyed multiple cars completely crushing them and management refused to fix, pay or even be helpful in the matter when this happened on TrailView property from their Trees falling down on to tenants cars. Oh and be sure to add an extra 300$ on top of the rent they make you pay because you have to not only pay for your water usage and gas usage but you have to also pay for water and gas you or the other residents, they didn’t tell me this when I moved in and legally they have too and they didn’t! TrailView just splits the bill between all residents. I’m one person and I do not use 300$ worth of water a month so remember whatever they tell you your rent is add an extra 300$ on top of that and that doesn’t include the garbage bill or the PG&E as well as cable so you’ll be spending a very large amount of money a month living here. These are just a few reasons why you should not live here but there are far more reasons that I hope you don’t have to find out by making the horrible decision to choose these apartments to live in!

You’re going to regret renting here.everything breaks and doesn’t get fixed. My neighbor dishwasher has been broken for over 5 months. They never resolve problems. Rent is too high to even live here this apartments is terrible. Looks nice but cabinets be falling apart. Walls be peeling and they never respond.find somewhere else this is the worst complex I ever stayed

Zero stars, no hot water for months. My downstairs heater hasn’t worked ever. I sent emails and left messages … nobody ever gets back at you… my neighbor have been contacting the apartments since last year in sept and all they have done is come back, look around and never respond. Find a better complex

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The ONE and ONLY time things were ever half way decent was when Jennifer was there but ever since the "New Management" its gone WAYY down hill! This used to be a decent community when we moved in 4 years ago but now it just gets worse every year! Nobodies EVER in the office, Never reply to emails. It took OVER 6 months to get our microwave replaced and when they did they just left it by our front door. There's Black Mold in the cielings from numerous water leaks from upstairs that were never repaired and yes Management has been aware of the issue since day one (they had to shut the water off) water was literally pouring out of our cieling. There was water dripping from the cieling on the complete opposite side of the unit and the maintenance guy just poked a few holes with a screwdriver and put a bowl under each one (not an issue, it became an issue once all the black mold started growing and they did nothing. I know of a handful of other tenants who went through similar experiences. They count on the tenants not knowing their rights and whenever brought to their attention they first try to say that no such laws existed then once shown proof of the State Law would refuse to acknowledge. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me to!
