Rob is unlike any personal trainer / bodyworker I have ever encountered. He has incredible depth and breadth of understanding how the body functions. His diligent study (ongoing) and experience have given him a platform to create successful regimens specific to each client. Over the past 6 years he has deepened my knowledge of how to move efficiently, he’s expanded me into the area of my body where I was once physically limited and most importantly Rob has shown me the possibilities I can achieve with regular lessons (we train twice a week and hardly miss a session). As an active 70 year old, Rob has helped me reverse a decline in physical functioning. The results were quite evident in my recent travels to S. E. Asia and Indonesia where I climbed volcanoes and explored caves with extremely challenging and slippery surfaces.

Rob was super helpful when I went with a hip issue from running. He is detailed and attentive and his work with me helped in my recovery. Super highly recommend him!

I have been training with Rob for the past year and a half on a weekly basis. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder issues which can be exacerbated with exercise and my job. I needed a workout that would provide strength training and conditioning without triggering a cycle of pain/tension/spasm. Rob’s workouts are tailored to suit this purpose and have provided me the opportunity to work out on a regular basis and enjoy the sporting activities that I love. His approach allows me to continue to progress in my physical health without the risk of injury. I appreciate this because I am an active adult who is happiest moving pain-free. He is helping me build a stronger relationship with my body so that it has more movement diversification. I have more elasticity in my body and a more upright demeanor because of his training plans.
