She is the best Dr. I went to 3 other Drs just to get a referral and they could not do it. I saw Dr Le and she had one with hun 24 hours. I was crying so amazing!

Dr. Tram Le is the best primary care doctor ever. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. The staffs are also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Le for your PCP.

PICK UP the phone, Geez is your job. Nobody picks up the phone in the afternoon. I have been calling for days.
I need to make an appointment, because God knows if you ever dared to go as a walk-in, they will punish you for it.
Always more than three hours and they barely see you or hear your problem as a patient. So basically wasting more than three hours for nothing if you ever go as a walk-in, in the morning. They don’t take walk in’s past 10 or 11 am.
I believe she is a good doctor, but the system is horribly organized for patients to always lose. Dignity, time, patience etc…

I prevented myself from giving a review in the past because I don’t like being ungrateful. I have gratitude for anyone who helps me or helps others. But I shouldn’t have to feel less than when I see my doctor because that is how some/most of the employees make you feel there, most of the time. Like they are doing you a favor, and no You Are Not, it’s your job, you don’t do it for free.
Like you don’t matter and are wasting their time or making them work extra.

I mean that is their job. If you don’t like your job, then quit and find something you do like instead of making people feel uncomfortable about a basic need to see their doctor. As I said before, Dr. Lee is a good doctor, her attitude is way more kind and humble than some of the employees there which is why it bothers me to give this review, but who ever runs the organization of patients is doing a horrible job. And their attitude needs to change. There is one lady at the front desk, she is younger than most, Latina, she is the only person behind that counter greeting patients and giving a positive attitude when we have a question or is time to go. She is nice. For the rest, I’m not sure if is just the difference of culture and their culture is more dry and cold but honestly I don’t think so. You always remember people for how they made you feel, how they treated you. I visit other doctor’s office/ dentist/dermatologist/ therapist/ and this is the only place where I feel the attitude and office environment is negative.
Maybe accepting less patients, less insurance patients could make a difference I would hope, to give more quality service to the ones you keep, but definitely a lot of unhappy employees there, making unhappy and uncomfortable conditions for patients who already have a problem, otherwise why would we be going to the doctor. Really more tolerance and compassion goes along way. You give what you have, maybe they need a therapist too.

Love Her, she listens, offers suggestions has a heart of gold. Although at times it’s hard to get through by phone for appts. Or your waiting for a bit to get into your appt. Her office staff is friendly. Her nurse is nice. All have been wonderful.

The worst facility ever

Lack of organization, professionalism, keep giving attitude and put me on hold without notifying.

I keep calling so many time for trying to make appointment. No one pick up the phone, or say this mail box is full. Even office is open.

Yo pick up the phone! What kind of doctor office is this? Hung up on people just because you refuse to do service for your customers.

The young ladies working at the front desk were very rude. They need more education and should learn how to better serve patients.
The doctor's office hours are from 9am to 6pm. I took my wife to visit the doctor in person. We arrived at 4: 20pm, but they refused to receive us for a ridiculous reason. They said we were late and that they were closed to admit patients, even though there was no other patients in waiting except my wife, and just only one patient was inside. I understood that they wanted to leave early that day, even though the office hours were supposed to end at 6pm. Fortunately, one of the employees showed a sense of responsibility and accepted us after we begged for a while. We really appreciate her for that.
In addition, I want to say that it is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment by phone. I called many times over several days, but nobody answered the phone and the mailbox was always full intentionally.
Doctor Bao Tram Le is very good and we have no complaints about her. However, the doctor is likely unaware that her office receptionists (ladies employed in her office) are not providing good customer service.

It's frustrating when you are sick and in need to see your doctor and no one even try to answer. They are always over booking so even if you have an appointment you still have to wait for at least over an hr. They need to know without their clients they don't make money so they should check their attitude and be more responsible with their time.
