The training program wasnt as organized as it could have been. Starting pay is laughable for living in San Diego. My best advice, get your license, and find another job that pays better ASAP!

They will work you to death. 6 day schedule with a 10-12 hour spread. MTS does not address the hostile environment that the Drivers have to endure on a daily basis.
