Took my truck too them too get looked at.ended up selling the truck too freddy that works there.truck was on non op since 2019.he ended up driving it and getting a tickit.n blamed it all on me.i dont even know how that happened.now i got a 275$tickit in the mail.

The work spoke for itself (BAD). I spent about $3300.all total for a what he said was a "new rebuild" (in a different case and I did see it but was always hustled out of the shop). After 1,000 miles it started giving me problems, and then began the "it could be this or that" and I kept paying - thinking he was legit and knew what he was doing (Nope). In the end the entire "rebuilt transmission had to be replaced replaced (because everything was bad from the clutches/bearing, ECT>>> and even the case!). (I worked closely with the new guy) I guess it was a con job from the beginning? My Karma I guess - BUT BE FOREWARNED! Don't Let it be yours

Horrible! Horrible! Not once but twice I had to bring transmission back. They replaced transmission. 2 weeks i waited. Brought back a week later would not engage in 4th gear another 2 weeks.line to transmission came off and i stopped taking to them. Now the part where the torque converter goes is possibly broke. Mechanic says screws were not all the way screwed in. They are not experts they are children with tools.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado, it's my work truck. When it's down, my business suffers. Well my transmission needed to be completely rebuilt. I asked Freddy how long it would take to get it back on the road. He said 1 to 2 weeks. He new it was my work truck and I told him it was going to suck not having my truck for any amount of time. Well they upgraded my torque converter, modified my valve body and installed a large transmission cooler. My truck was back on the road within a week and the transmission is running so much cooler. I'm very happy with the work they did and I will be using them for my other vehicles.

Run from this place! Their diagnosis was WRONG and not only would have cost me over $500, but wouldn't fix the problem! Plus Fred promised to provide a ride home, but when I asked for a receipt since I was leaving my vehicle, he said he wouldn't give me a ride afterall since I didn't trust him and it took him more time to make a receipt! Then he drove away and left me standing in the road. Double talk and lies is what you will get here. Don't waste your time and money!

Spent 4k for them to give me a transmission that barely switches gears.also paid for parts that they never gave me. Beware b4 you go here!

I waited a while to write my review because I wanted to make sure the rebuilt of the transmission of my truck was done properly. They did wonders to my old truck, runs great and so far no problems.

Needed a new transmission and they got me a affordable price as well as being very helpful they told me it’s only gonna take a week to fix

I just wanna let everybody know, I was at a point of scrapping my 2007 VW beetle. The engine was fine. Everything was fine interior, paint.
It was a great car my mechanic tried fixing it 3 to 4 times, and could not get the transmission to go. They suggest I scrap the car.
Well, I really like this car is my daily driver
I’m not gonna give it up. Well, guess what I didn’t have to,
I brought it to Transmission Experts, where they rebuilt the transmission and the valve body
They are very easy to work with, Carrie in the office. She kept me updated whenever I need an update. The real question should be asked would you use this company again?
Well, my answer to that is most definitely, I highly recommend this business as they do whatever it takes to get your car going. Other garages would’ve gave up.

Wasn’t impressed by this place, took them a couple tries to get it right, (and it still isn’t right), expensive and couldn’t figure out a transmission cooler, definitely won’t be coming back here for transmission work, not the best at finding parts either.

I could not ask for anyone better! They did such a good job on my transmission and both of my front axles. They do great work and Carrie in the office is awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anybody I could and would definitely go back!
