Not informed on settlement Dispersement very unprofessional in my opinion after settlement I had questions about monies and Taylor Trout told me she couldn't talk On vacation then she text me busy will get back to when back then said she was busy and couldn't talk to me until after December 15 this was mid-November I would never use them again James Trout made an agreement with me and then broke I would get everything he tells you in writing

James Traut handled my son’s accident with competence and tact. After a car hit him while cycling, James and Chris handled everything to provide my son follow-up treatment with the best doctors, physical therapy, and a settlement.
