4The locations are awful. The phone staff is laughably unhelpful. I wanted to pay my loan off early, and the lady I spoke with told me I couldn’t do that. When I asked her why, she just repeated herself. She then hung up on me. I’m never taking another loan out from Travis credit union again.
Online banking is faulty at best, 24hr phone banking is terrible, if you're gonna deal with this bank, do everything IN PERSON at one of their branches.
They are working with me on my back car payments so I can keep my car to keep working. Most places will just repo your vehicle. Thank you Travis Credit Union!
Everyone is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure your taken care of. I have been with this branch for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
