Yesterday I visited the Irvine Spectrum location with a gift return (wrong size) for my husband, because the gift giver had already started a ticket online I was not able to return the item in store. The employees were generous enough to assist me (printed label and provided packaging) with the shipment back to their return location in Texas. Their in store customer service was ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected and I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future TM purchases. Thank you Irvine Spectrum TM!
The store is gorgeous. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Awesome selection of high quality comfortable clothing for on and off the golf course.
