STAY AWAY! Meni is a sweet talker but a false advertiser and he stole my money. I purchased from him a Tesla model 3 that was advertised as long range, and when the battery was drained and I went to charge it I realized it was the mid range. When I came back he complained I had smoked in the car and driven 140 miles, ignoring that fact that I did this in MY OWN car. And if he would’ve advertised correctly there was no problem. The fact he lied makes him to blame and I have every right to smoke and drive 140 miles in my OWN car. After I returned the car it took a few days of nagging to get credited back, and this guy actually decided to freaking charge my credit card for 2500 USD on his own accord because of the smoke smell and mileage. To have the audacity! I have filed a claim against him in the DMV for fraud and I hope to see his license revoked.

Buyer beware. Carlos and Manny will do anything to save a buck. They are sweet talkers until you're off the lot and the money is exchanged, then they disappear. I wish I listened to the reviews, don't make the mistake I did.

I found a BMW that Trax had at their lot. Being that I live on the other side of the country, I asked many questions and made sure to be as thorough as possible during the prepurchase period. Once I flew so San Fransisco to purchase and transport my new car back, I noticed there were a few things out of place that had not been mentioned. The problem I have here is that a sensor under the passenger seat was bad, and it had not been mentioned prior. I brought this up to Carlos before signing for the car. Their technician told me it was a $90 part and Carlos informed me that Manny would honor the repair. Fast forward a week. I got my new car back home, and when attempting to get the repair done I found out the part is actually over $600. When attempting to contact Trax about receiving this credit for the repair I was told they would be in touch with me in the next 24 hours. From that point, I heard nothing from them, and they didn’t answer my calls again. I actually had to call from my Wife’s phone number (she is from Colorado) to get them to answer my call. At that point I was informed that they would not be honoring their commitment to reimburse me for the repair. Overall, I am very happy with the car, however, I would never do business with Trax again after they proved to be not only dishonest, but also evasive about solving issues. On a side note, they also forgot to send the Title for the Car and I am still waiting on it more than 2 weeks later. Buyer beware…. Do your due diligence, and do not trust what they tell you.

I bought a car there and the car blew up 25 minutes later. They refuse to refund or pay for the damages.

We came in to look at a BMW that matched almost exactly what we were looking for. Manny greeted us and was very pleasant and helpful, not pushy whatsoever! He let us take our time inspecting the car and then allowed us to test drive on our own. Although we loved the car we just were not ready to make a decision on the spot. Once again no pressure from these guys.
Ultimately we returned a few days later to finalize the purchase. Several months later we are still very happy with our new (used) car and we get lots of compliments on it!

Buyer beware! These two men are crooks. They lie and cheat! They will smooth talk you until they get a sale out of you. If you ask them questions about a car they will lie and tell you there is nothing wrong with it. They sold a car to me that had major problems so I am speaking to attorneys now about the problem!

This is not your typical auto dealer! After spending months frustrated by the deceitful, dishonest, and sheer scum through Craig’s, I decided to stop at Trax to check out their decent collection of vehicles. Carlos provided me with all the assistance and knowledge I needed, and I appreciated how laid back he was, in stark contrast to the typical pushy “that guy. ” When I came back to commit to my choice, Manny, with his persistent charm, guided me all the way thru the process, showing me how many times he could actually save me money.
Everyone knows how car salesmen make their dough, but these guys weren’t afraid to make that part obvious and still save me a few bones.
I will bring my kids here when the time comes, thanks for my new hotness (car).

I bought a car from Trax Auto. When I arrived they were very welcoming. I explained to the owner the kind of car that me and my family needed. He was open and honest when suggesting what car would be best for me. This is an Honest dealer. I went to several before dealers before purchasing my vehicle and I would recommend this one. I let him know I was going out of town with car, he made sure I had new tires and everything was set. I made it 2000 miles away days later, car running beautifully. I never told the dealer I knew a lot about cars while I was there, and everything he suggested and why was completely accurate and honest. Well done. HIGHLY Recommend.

The sales person is nice and the paperwork process is quick. The problem for me was the Ford Edge they sold me was a lemon that started to break down as soon as I left the lot after buying it. I should have just returned it and paid the cancelation fee. Instead I find out the transmission is bad and would cost 6200 to repair. The warranty that they give you only covers 1500.

Manny and Carlos are pretty much the ideal gents to work with for car buyers. They're attentive, considerate, and honest. Moreover, they made the paperwork super simple. I drove my new car off the lot less than an hour after stepping onto the lot. Thanks!

I’ve had regrets but, this by far is the one I most regret! Buying a car from this dealership was the worst idea! I financed a broken down car that is costing me more to fix than to finance! Buyers beware!

Do not buy cars from this place, they sold a car to a friend of mine saying the car was in great condition, one of the sale representative said they give 30 days warranty with it was a total lie. They did fraud when papers were signed they dated 10/31 when they actually had the papers signed on 11/3 in the afternoon and that's when my friend got the car, she was so excited that didn't even pay attention to that little detail, when she tested the car she told Carlos that she felt the steering wheel hard while driving, and he said that is normal on VMW cars, she trusted him and decided to get the car, they had the car 2 days and decided to take it for a check up because they heard some noises as well as a burning small, to make the story short the car was in horrible condition repair will cost around $7000+ almost the cost of the car, they when back to Carlos, his answer was the car was fine when they toke it.
Who would think that this place will sell you a very dangerous car not even care of their customers safety, my advice to all of you do not buy at this place and if you do, make sure to ask for warranty as well as making sure the date on the papers is the date you are receiving the car.

People please be very careful at this place, if you are Hispanic do not buy whatever this guy with a Hispanic name tells you, all he did is learn Spanish but he is not Hispanic, he doesn't care to screw people up. Be safe.

Found a beautiful Camaro z28 ss here Manny was AMAZING it was so nice to not have a pushy salesperson breathing down your neck as you looked. Manny and Carlos made buying my first car super easy and were nothing but incredibly nice with all my questions on what happens with the process thank you so much will definitely be spreading the word this place is awesome so worth the drive from san Jose!

Bad place to buy, be very careful, a friend of mine had very bad experience at this place, she got car at this place they lied about the car condition. The repair on her car its like almost the cost of the car.

The salesperson Carlos was very friendly and did not pressure. We spoke about terms of the deal and he explained his position. He spoke to my credit union and did as they asked to get the deal completed. The vehicle was competitively priced. We were in and out in about an hour. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. We realized this was partly due to the one of the owners Manny, who I got to know later, cleaning and detailing cars alongside his young worker. He was also extremely friendly. The whole car buying experience was positive and I would refer my friends there and would come back again.

Great experience with Manny and Carlos.very professional and friendly while going through the buying and selling process. I bought a great car for my teenage son and was able to sell one of my cars that was sitting at home within 3 weeks. Can't asked for more than that.we plan to continue stopping by to see their new inventory.

We traveled from Campbell to Trax Auto after calling Carlos who was welcoming and pleasant; as we pulled up, we knew this was the place to buy from. Their lot reflected a very clean fleet of nice vehicles. You can tell they keep their cars very clean, dust free, and that they take pride in their selection of vehicles. Very thankful for Carlos and his outstanding staff. They took care of us and answered all of our questions with no hesitation and we drove off in a beautiful- extremely well taken care of 2004 Honda Accord.
