My first visit with Maria was great, she was very patient and tried her best to get my baby’s face the best she could, but unfortunately my baby kept putting her hands on her face, so I wanted to do a redo. I went yesterday and paid $30 just for Vanessa to say she could not get a good picture of my baby and couldn’t do anything besides give me my pictures from last time. I think we should not have to pay if we can’t get a good picture of our babies and obviously they aren’t in control of that but should definitely give a refund. Then Vanessa wanted to tell me I have placenta previa which worried me so I messaged my Dr right away and she told me at my 20 week anatomy scan my placenta was fine and they did not see placenta previa, but at my next appointment she will double check and confirm. I do not think she should be saying these things if she’s not a Dr.

My wife and I got to see our baby and everything went very well, good care, I recommend it, thanks to the girls who helped my wife

10/10 experience! I had came here a couple years ago with my mom for her ultrasound when they were still at the old location. 3 years later, I came here for my own ultrasound. I researched many places and Treasured moments has the best packages and prices! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a 4D ultrasound! Thank you guys!

I’ve been to Treasured Moments 3 times during my pregnancy and every time they were very professional! They took the time to try and make my son move although he was nestled very closely to my placenta…made me more excited to see my baby!

My third time coming back to them and honestly very disappointed.
My first and second pregnancy experience with them was amazing the service from start to end was very welcoming and comforting. Of course that is why I came for my now third pregnancy. We thought we the silver package which online was a good deal and I booked my appointment and when I got to the office the package were much different. To top it off we got only 8 pictures printed and they printed 3 images twice.
As for the ultrasound tech she did her job.

Very friendly place and very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a great experience in the ultrasound, got to see my little girls features and got to pick out a package that best suited us. Definitely recommending this place to my pregnant girl friends. Thank you for rescheduling me as well last minutes, the staff is very sweet. Very patient and took their time.

I love this place! I got the silver package. It was a great deal. The pictures were the best quality I've ever gotten going to a 4D Ultrasound place. The Ultrasound Tech was very patient and made sure she got the best pictures. All the employees were very kind and went the extra mile to make my partner and I experience a memorable one. I highly recommend this place. It was definitely worth the money.

This place is a joke. So many excuses. Yesterday was the second time going here. The first time I was 19 weeks and I had a nice ultrasound tech who actually tried to get good images of my baby and said to come back at 27 weeks for better images. Here I am at 27 weeks. The ultrasound tech was a different lady. Super rude! Seemed to be in a rush and kept telling me she couldn't get any good picture because of how far along I was since I'm almost 30 weeks. She would literally shake my baby. It was horrible. Not to mention, I got the most expensive package and not one good picture. Don't even waste your time with this place.

As soon as I walked in the office it reeked of weed. The office was bare and looked unprofessional. The ultrasound went well, the technician was able to find our baby.

I went on Sunday 29 weeks pregnant and I loved my experience I was very pleased with my result the technician was very friendly and very kind. I recommend this place the staff and service was amazing.

I came here since for my first pregnancy i went with them (just different location). This time around it was a completely different experience. The receptionist is rude and the ultrasound tech isnt good at keeping thi gs a secret. I went there with a friend to find out the gender but i told them i disnt wa t to know since i was planning to do a gender reveal at home. Everything was going good, until the tech started asking me questions like " oh the baby moves alot. Did it move like your girst daughter did? " Then when she was done she said, "Everything looks good, shes doing fine and shes very active. " Thats where i knew it was a girl My friend tried to make me doubt by saying she didnt know what she was talking about but it was a given one and it was a girl. Also I decide to get the teddy bear package and the receptionist just rudely told me to puck out my stuffed animal and i tokd her is its a girl i want the unicorn and if its a boy the puppy and she just ignored me so my friend just helped me pick a neutral one. I was a different experience than the first time i went with them because they did ask whatanimal would I want if it was a boy or girl and they would put the animal in an envelope so that i wouldnt see it, but this time around the receptio ist was so rude and seemed like she didnt even want to be there. Will not be going back there again.

Terrible Place! I wish I can give a 0 stars Maria over the call center and this lady were supper rude and unprofessional! Im 25 weeks pregnant and had a breakdown and headache because they said I was late when I call to
advise I was going to be 8min late and they said it was completely fine. I drove an hour for nothing.

Went on Tuesday afternoon and The receptionist it’s very rude and unprofessional, she have attitude the whole time and seen to not care about her job or parents trying to go and have a good experience there, she needs to be removed from her position or get training, girl inside was nice and friendly

Got there and front desk was rude, I had my son with me who’s 19 months and over the phone nobody told me I couldn’t bring him over and she ask how old he was and said he couldn’t come in, to begin with nobody told me that information, when I said I don’t have nobody to leave him and she said he can’t come in, I said I can’t just leave him in the car, she basically said oh well…maybe a babysitter? Like seriously where would I get a babysitter on the spot? Super rude is not like my son was gonna scared the unborn baby ‍️ this place should train their staff to be more professional and be capable of trouble solving in a polite and efficient manner. Lost my appt, and I was very very upset about this incident. I wouldn’t recommend this place and If I were you guys I would stay away.treasured moments more like fkd up moments.

Terrible place.

They did not sent out the correct information which made me late. When you get to the building the door is locked. You need to call and they wont let you in otherwise.

I like this place because it’s affordable also the staff is really nice. I went at 13 weeks to find out the gender. I decided to go again to see my babies face. I was 33 weeks and they couldn’t get any good pictures because at that time babies have no space. I rescheduled a week later and they do try their best to get a good picture. However, I recommend for any mommys to go at 26 no later than 30 weeks. After 30 you’re basically just wasting your money. I wish I would have known: (

We've been coming here since our first month ultrasound, we love it, staff is friendly, we will def be coming in again if we have baby #2 in the future!
