Great experience choosing an e-bike yesterday at the Trek store. Shelby was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased several bikes from Trek stores over the years. Long-term build quality and Trek service are worth what may seem as extra cost.

Tyler and his crew were awesome the afternoon before Ironman 70.3 Indian Wells helping athletes, including me, getting bike race-ready. He went above and beyond sorting out the issue I knew I had and fixed the one I didn’t know I had when I walked into the shop- Thank you.

I came into this bike shop the Saturday before my Sunday half ironman. American Airlines had broken my front brake, and i was so scared I wouldn't be able to race. Tyler spent over twenty minutes fixing my bike, and when I tried to pay him, he said, pay me by having a great race. Tyler, I had the best race. I couldn't stop smiling and had so much fun, and every time I found myself getting defeated I thought about your comment and generosity, and then I smiled again. Thank you. I was truly humbled by your kindness.

In town for the Indian Wells triathlon and these guys went out of their way to help the triathlon community this weekend. Great service and awesome people!

I stopped in today for assistance with my non Trek bike to prepare for the ironman in town. They happily assisted without question. Top notch friendly service.

I’m a out-of-towner who showed up, unannounced, with punctures in 3 of our 4 tires (it had been a day). Bobby (at the service desk) discussed solutions for our conventional and tubeless tires. Repairs were carried out efficiently and effectively. I learned how to better deal with such situations in the future. This is a busy shop - I was massively impressed with how quickly I received attention. Fast and fabulous five star service! Thank you very much...

Tyler, the Trek Bike store manager in Palm Desert, CA was awesome. In fact, his staff was helpful as well. I appreciate the support of being a new Trek bike owner (Rail Carbon eMTB). I have never owned a Trek before but knowing there's a network of Trek Bike Stores I can go to for high-quality customer service is awesome! Thank you for fixing my bike though I haven't really ridden it yet, less than a mile and both tires went flat from thorns and wabbly rims.

I used their service center to have some very basic work done on my bike. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When told I would be going out of town on the day they wanted me to pick up my bike, they made it work for me to come in the day before. I would highly recommend their service if you care about a job done right.

Yes! One of the most AWESOME bike shops I ever been to! The employees are SO helpful & really nice! Gave me such great price discount. They really go out of their way to help!

I came in to get help on persistent tire flats. The service was incredible and got a lesson on tire installation that resulted in no pinches.

The store management and sales crew was a throwback to to the days of exceptional product knowledge and not aggressive sales tactics. Plus, the product selection was deep and diverse. Great experience buying an electric assist bike for my wife.
