The customer service at the Trek Bicycle South Bay are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. My experience with this team has always been positive. You are always greeted with a smile at the front and the service department and mechanics are always on top of their game, so much so some of the mechanics actually know my name. This is a great feeling knowing that I am a valued customer.

Edwin at Trek Bicycle Store is like a bike-whisperer! He somehow knew exactly what I needed before I even knew myself. And the best part? He made the whole experience a wheelie good time! I highly recommend Edwin and the South Bay Trek bicycle store for anyone in the market for a new bike.

Your team installed some Shimano XT disc brakes on my Yeti SB130. The salesperson (Edwin) was knowledgeable about the products and was able to source them from other locations and get them to the shop within a week at a competitive price. Your technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help me with some very particular adjustments and get the brakes to perform in a way that is suitable to my riding style and preferences. A+ work.

The guys at Trek are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and have great communication. They keep you informed the entire way while they are working on your bike. They aren't the cheapest service, but you definitely get what you pay for when working with these guys. I highly recommend them.
