Tri-City Medical Center reviews
33This place sucks I waited 4 hours and all I see is that everyone on the staff team is sitting around doing nothing. Very bad I mean the worst service ever!
Poor receptionist professionalism. I had a bill that was due on a Saturday, March 3rd. It turns out that billing offices were closed. I needed to have this paid immediately. I figured I would call the hospital. The receptionist who answered the phone at about 8: 22am had no desire to give me information or help. I understand that offices are closed, but her actions was not of good practice. She had given me a sarcastic tone throughout the phone call while laughing, and making snarky remarks to coworkers.
4 hours and still waiting in the waiting room (aka sufer room) for my friend to get taken back to get a catheter put back in. She is in severe pain and I get no sense of any urgency after asking for help and explaining situation. People suffer from this type of care. Getting worse and worse at this hospital.
1 star is far too generous for the ER. Long waits, poor care, and an absolute nightmare of billing issues from the non-preferred contracted “Team Physcians” group who have been real jerks.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover such great services in the labor and delivery department. Stuff is so humane and understanding. You can tell that they really care! I loved every single nurse, nurses aid or technician that came over to take care of me and my baby. They did everything to make me feel better after c-section.
One of the best hospitals in so cal. Definitely the best in San Diego county. They really care. They move people through quickly. Bed side manner is amazing. They test for everything. They are kind and efficient. Everytime ive gone some place else ive been disappointed. You'll get a real doctor here that will help you. A nursing team that will treat you like they would their own family and you can feel the energy here is open, warm, and inviting.
Wow. I have never experienced this kind of wait for er in my life. Now 7 hours still waiting in the waiting room. Wth is going on? Don't come here!
This is the worst place I've ever been even if you're dying it is worth it to drive to go to another Medical Clinic they don't care about you!
You will wait at least 3 hours to be seen. Facilities run down and not cleaned; trash and dropped pills were seen on the floor, staff was unprofessional. A man seized up in the waiting room and no staff came to assist him
I was admitted to Tri-City Medical Center for the first time last week for colon cancer surgery. I stayed at Tri-City for two days before going home. The entire staff, especially the nurses, couldn't have been nicer and more competent. If I ever need to be admitted to Tri-City again I will go there with the utmost confidence that I'll be well taken care of.
I love tri-city city was born there, my children were born there! They have the best EVERYTHING (Dr's, nurse's ect.) I will continue to go here
If you want to come out alive don't go there.my Nonna was treated like she was a burden there by the nurses. I was called at 1am to come be with her or they would have to sedate her because she was being to needy. I go there and they were waking her up at 3am to give her a potassium horse pill.seriously? Don't they have potassium they can put in her IV. Why wake her up at 3am?
I went to emergency with chest pains and was taken right in.everyone working there was very efficient and pleasant. The waiting room was full and I'm sure some complained, but no one working there was not working. I was kept over nite to have some tests. Iwas on the 4th floor and everyone there was great.the 2 people that did my stress test were very good as u really don't know what to expect, also it was a Saturday.
