Dr. Chatwany is great. She is knowledgeable and she is great with kids. The opticians are very nice too.

Office setting is clean, bright, sharp, crisp and clean.and friend. Wonderful and friendly staff. Dr. Zhang is great, took her time to explain - didn’t wait too long to be seen and didn’t feel rushed through the eye check process.
Jody in the optical department was awesome. Patient as she helped through my indecisiveness. I think I found my ideal optometry office.

Great experience and great collection of frames. If you’re looking for great service, frame options, knowledgeable and friendly staff Tri-City is the place to go. Since moving here I’ve had a few not so pleasant encounters trying to find a good match but Tri-City exceeded my expectations. Dr. Young is great and patient which is important for finding the perfect fit for eye glasses. Plus they had the contact lenses I prefer as well. 10/10 would highly recommend

Made a call to see if i need an appointment to stop by for replacing the lens (already have a prescription) on my existing frame. And i was informed that this place don't give you that service, and they only replace the lens if you happen to buy the frame from them. Seriously! Now i need to dump by $900 frame that I've been using for last couple of years! My vision hasn't changed much that my new lens wont fit in this frame. So it all comes to how much profit this place can make having the customer to pick services that they really don't need. I believe optometry as well comes under medical/health-care services and this is as good as denying such a noble service to a patient. Something that the concerned authority start taking actions on.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A pleasant experience and I have found my optometrist for the future. They listen then work with you to meet your needs and exceed expectations. Dr. Young was extremely helpful and great personality. I will be back for my follow-up in 3 months. I'm awful that I forgot the name of the lady who helped me pick out frames and sort my insurance. She went above and beyond and I will get her name when I pick up my frames. I did give her a nail salon recommendation so. Thank you for a great visit today. See you again soon.

I found this place because is on my way home, and not because of any recommendation. We have gone with Dr. Young and Dr. Shital, both have been great with me and my whole family, explaining clearly and with patience for each case.
We have had bad experiences before with other doctors when it comes to billing and the use of our insurance, but here, they explain everything I have to understand and they never try to make us pay more than what we have to.
All the staff is very friendly and I like that they clean the machines (the ones for making the tests) for every patient. In general, the place is clean, even the restroom.
We have ordered glasses, contacts and sunglasses and they come in time and great quality.
Besides, there is a huge variety of nice frames to choose from, I just love them.

I love how thorough Dr. Young is. She explains everything so I can understand and is so easy to talk to and ask questions. She treats me and both of my kids and she took her time with each of us.
Staff is super friendly, especially Theresa. She made choosing glasses easy and fun. She even made my son feel good about getting glasses for the first time!

Before this my father in law was here to fix his double vision. He had a great experience, so my expectations were already high.
