Tri City Storage, Riverside CA

Tri City Storage is one of the more clean and secured storage facilities in the Riverside area. The process to secure a storage unit was was painless, and did not take long. I highly recommend Tri Coty Storage if you want to keep your property secured.

Kimberly is great, she helped me set up my lease going through it step by step. Very helpful.

The resident manager at this facility understands and applies customer service standards with a friendly touch. Good job

They really work with you to keep your storage even after missing some payments they're very upfront and they keep an eye on their lot extremely well. They live there and they're by the book so you can't hate on them.it's always by the book, and if you have to, they let you exit after the gates closed just don't make a habit of it. So there is no getting stuck inside.

My experiences with most storage places has been okay. Tri City Storage has raised the bar into what I now expect from a place I give money to store my extra goods.
I was able to make use of the on site truck saving me big bucks from UHual

When I decided to get a storage unit it was late I n the evening, so I reserved a few storage Units in different places. Kimberly the manager of
triCity storage was the only one who called me back In the morning.so of course I had to go with them becuz of the courtesy call. When I showed up to sign she greeted me at the door she was very polite extremely nice she knew what she was doing the whole process was very quick and super easy. Access to your storage unit Access to your storage unit was awesome you just pull your car right up to the door it was a great experience. I would recommend Tri-City storage to anyone who”s looking for a storage place.thank you Kimberly for a super easy move in

Staff is very friendly and courteous. The facility itself is clean, maintained and has an on-site resident. They have a restroom available for those who need one. And the best thing at Tri City Storage is each unit has outdoor access. You know what that means? It means no more hot corridors or undersized elevators.
It's a small facility and unfortunately the gate hours end at 645pm. Now I re-wrote this review and adjusted my previous 4 stars to the current 5 stars; and if it wasn't for the gate time this place would be 6 stars.

Top notch customer service! I called and spoke with johnny and he answered all my questions patiently. He informed me of specials and got me a great deal. He let me know that the manager from the location I was going tp be using would be calling me. Kimberly called me right away to confirm my reservation. I arrived today and met with Melody to inspect the unit and see the truck I would be able to use. Melody was very delightful and answered all my questions about the lock to use and the insurance I would need to get. The whole experience was so great! I would want to rent a storage unit just to deal with these people!
