Quick and reliable service. I used them to service two different business parks in Ventura with over 120 tenants. Professional, quality work, and always reachable by phone.

I had a 30 year old front door handle/deadbolt with a broken internal part that prevented the thumb latch from working. The owner on Thompson knew exactly what it was, found a Baldwin replacement kit in the back and didn't charge me a nickel because Baldwin 'gives him the kits for free'. Baldwin is an excellent brand and offers lifetime warranty for the original owner - but not me - and the owner could have charged me a lot to avoid buying an entirely new $700 door handle but he didn't! He knows his stuff and was great to deal with. Use him if you can to make up for the free parts he gave me!

These guys were great I needed to have a lock rekeyed and they did it in less than 10 minutes! It was a little pricey but since they're the only game in town it was worth every penny.

I had my car door lock broken and called locksmiths in my area and tri county was the only one that answered and gave me an over the phone estimate. I came in and Fred was very helpful, gave me an honest opinion on what I should do. I didn't have the part that fit over the lock me and he said if you can't figure out how to get it on come back.well I couldn't and he did got it on a and did charge me anything and it wasn't just an easy snap on thanks tri county best locksmiths ever.

Went in after a another locksmith made a pretty bad automotive key. George helped me and cleaned up the key at no cost, plus he threw in a spare for my trunk to test out the problem. George was amazing and made me feel safe about the key not getting stuck in the ignition. I will always come back from now on. Great business and amazing people. 20/10.

I locked myself out of my home at 8: 45 PM with only my phone and wallet in my possession.

Not having previous experience with locksmiths I resorted to what many of us might do in a situation such as this: I went straight to Google. This began an over two-hour nightmare of searching for a real, live, local and legitimate locksmith.

By the time I called Tri-County Locksmiths it was 11 PM, and I can’t tell you the relief I felt when an actual locksmith who was local and legit answered the phone (though I’m certain I woke him up)!

Fred was at my place in 20 minutes and had me inside my home a few minutes later. He was friendly, professional and I was/am so very grateful for him.

Fred is best. Rational, reasonable and above all calm. Was skeptical after reading so many top reviews but they deserve it. Don’t think twice, don’t call any other locksmith. They will take care of the job in professional way.

When I twisted my trailer key Fred was able to make new ones. One was a little sticky so he had me bring back the good one and made another at no charge. Really appreciate his honesty.
