I've had a few separate issues this summer, (ants, mice, and a squirrel) and each time I call I speak with a very friendly employee who makes my issue a priority. My request was to conduct service for 1 year. They kept on billing me beyond the time of my request. Biggest mistake you can make is giving them your credit card, they will charge you for years and you won’t notice unless you check your statement regularly.
