Nurses and doctors r very nice and they take the time to hear u. And help u. And as for front desk ppl they r always busy at their best.

Wendy very unprofessional. Kept interrupting Maria as i had few questions for her. Maria has been professional so far up until yesterday. Both kept laughing and conversating over me and had to restart twice because thier conversation was more important according to Wendy. She stated its not illegal to laugh. Smh. I had to seek other way of communicating because they thought it was funny that they made me feel uncomfortable. They did all this in front of supervisor, Tanya. They need to retrain them. Yesterday was a bad experience, Wendy plz let Maria do her job! Maria don’t be a push over honey especially if you appreciate your job!

Sometime the receptionist is very rude putting white people's in front of me my appointment and my appointment be on time it had me waiting there almost an hour!

The doctor my son saw today is phenomenal as well as the rest of nurses and Doctors the love and respect they have for their Patience is absolutely phenomenal
