Stayed two days in January. Horrible: assigned to Room 208. Directly above laundry facility that operates 24hrs so room vibrates every few minutes, which kept me from sleeping both nights. Bathroom sink leaking slightly, so floor was wet throughout. Sewer stench in bathroom. Complaints were not addressed. Worst hotel experience in years with 100+ nights. Disappointing: as Platinum member no free (continental) breakfast, no room upgrade, no water in room (despite Website claiming there is).

I had to contact the Triada regarding a small issue I was having. My review is about Caitlin (sp?). Caitlin could not have been more helpful and just darn nice with her response. When I remarked upon how nice she was she responded that she was simply doing her job. The thing is I travel extensively to very nice places around the world and, although I have had the pleasure of dealing with many great Marriott employees (and some not so great), Caitlin was exemplary. I was compelled to write a review about her responsiveness, her positive attitude, her professionalism, and the sheer pleasure of dealing with her. Thank you Caitlin.you have an admirer.

This is a beautiful property and pleasant staff. I suggest calling the property, not corporate, and asking if the pool is heated and if the jacuzzi is in working order if that is important to you. Both were not when we checked in and we were not told. Both, were an important factor in choosing the property. In addition, there is no room service. You order food from the property restaurant which is more of a cafe and pick it up in the lobby. Lastly, the TV is limited, no movies to purchase and no ability to see a guide that you could scroll through. The remote was not functioning properly and we asked for a new one which never came. Palm Springs + Marriott + pool + room service go together. The website must make this information available as we would have chosen a different property. When you have children these are minimum requirements when traveling. No discount makes up for the deficits. VERY unhappy children and stressed out parents. Thank goodness the Wi-Fi works! I learned a very important lesson.

When I booked this hotel I thought I was going to get a Marriott Autograph Collection experience. Instead, I walked into an ant infested room that had not been cleaned. The floors were disgustingly filthy with stains on the tile. The bathroom was vile. Additionally, the cupboards are ripped off their hinges, the bedroom doors were cracked and did not provide a safe feeling experience and the hot water was non-existent. The hotel was in such poor condition that I left only a few hours after checking in, something I have never done. This hotel has no right to call themselves an Autograph Collection property, let alone a Marriott property. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. Triada is a Marriott Autograph Collection that offers a high level of friendly customer service, the rooms are large with great decor. Love the quaintness of the courtyard. For being on the main road we found our room to be quiet. The property is easy walking distance to the main center of Palm Springs. We definitely prefer the smaller autograph collection hotel over the hundreds of rooms at the JW Resort. The front desk, valet and breakfast server were 5-star!

Beautiful little pool area. Only suggestion would be to make valet free, or at least discounted for Bonvoy Elite members. But the property was very clean and beautiful. A quaint and nostalgic type of architecture that really made you feel like you were the Palms Springs that legends speak of.

Worst service and hotel. Thanks for making two old ladies find the room in the dark with heavy bags. Seriously, I had to find my way back to the lobby to get an escort to help me find my room. The good news is they let me carry my bags again. Thankfully I am able-bodied.

Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious & thoughtfully decorated. Love the unit we had with the kitchen.

A truly unfortunate horrible stay. I have never written a review or complained at an hotel, there has never been a need. But all the reviews below are spot on, the issues they gave are real. We stay at hotels for the basic necessities being met 1) a relaxing quiet room 2) no disturbances through the night 3) a hot shower 4) a working tv 5) amenities that are in working order (pool/jacuzzi). Yet none of these were met. I can ignore the fact that the furnishings are chipped, missing paint, shower tiles falling, thin walls where you can hear your neighbors conversation.but when I arrived the front desk agent was no where to be found - he apologized for being asked to break open a safe in the back directed by his general manager. Wow! I asked for a quiet king room for me and my partner. We got a small room above the front desk only to hear banging and pounding all night - safe being busted open. Called to complain, no answer. Next day, I complain about not getting to sleep all night and are promised a discount/comp and a room move. So we get a “quiet room” ok but a double bed with a couch in living room. That’s not what I booked.then to find out that the tv has no signal, hear the neighbors talk all night, and just wanted to take a relaxing jacuzzi dip, but it was cold and “out of order. ” Ready to check out- the shower is ice cold with a bout of scalding water on my back then freezing. I gave up and walked out. Sadly, not much sympathy from the lady at the front desk, only a card of the manager. Wish Expedia could have done more, with 4 attempted calls to get the manager to refund our stay; he only offered 25% off because that is what our troubles are worth. Apparently the front desk agent was being scammed by breaking open the safe? Yet the hotel believes the guests should pay the price. I wish the GM would care enough about their property and what’s going on here. This is definitely not an autograph collection and I await a call back from the GM. Unfortunately, not luxury hospitality or guest service here. What a shame.

My wife and I were looking for a little r and r and their website and pics of this hotel looks quaint, picturesque and nice. However, when comparing the value to the price it's not on par. The grounds are small, ceiling heights very low, pools are small with very little sunlight, very noisy (walls are thin and lots of street noise) so id recommend another spot. The location is good since it's close to downtown but this ISNT a resort, more like a gussied up 2* hotel.
I stay in hotels around 70 nights a year so I have a lot of context and wouldn't stay here again

TL;DR: Don't even bother, stay at another Marriott property.

Management has very clearly abandoned any investment in this property, and it shows. Layout and signage are really bad. The restaurant was marginal at best. The mandatory $28.50 valet fee seems like a shameless cash grab. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and fairly quiet. Just don't stay here, its not worth it. Seriously. Don't.

Beautiful property and staff is very polite. Room was very nice and clean. Right across the way from Cheekys, they have amazing breakfast. Not a major fan now of downtown Palm springs though, lots of homeless and strange people.

The people who work here were lovely. Now that that's out of the way, I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially for the $500+ nightly rate we paid. Our king suite casita room was so noisy because it was right on the street - many of the rooms are facing a busy street. The walls were also thin so we could hear the conversations happening next door. The suite was quite spacious, but the bathroom was so tiny. The toilet flush was so weak, and the inside of the toilet was stained. The pumps on the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were positioned in a way that made it difficult to dispense the product. The tiling in the pool area is damaged and unsightly. Housekeeping never came at a convenient time, and they never checked back later in the day.

I rarely leave bad reviews. It has to really be a poor experience or product for me to use my time to share my experience. We booked a Casitas King.the room has an adjoining door not listed in the room details, the windows are not soundproof (despite being listed as such in the details), The shower is not accessible (despite being listed as such in the details), lastly the room was/is in a state of disrepair. Stains in the rug, ants in the kitchen and bathroom, no seals in the main door (s) jam leaving light and insects ample opportunity to get in. Their bathroom is beat up with a loose, and barley flushing toilet.

For the price you are getting the quality of a forgotten roadside motel. The service was very odd, upon check in they assumed we knew where our room was located.

Spend the extra and get a better experience. This place is overpriced and under delivers in every way.

I will say that the pool was great and the pool deck was clean. Honestly Caliente Tropic is better than this place. Don’t believe the hype this is not up to the Autograph standard.

No I didn't go to the desk, I shouldn't have too. Your operational standard aren't my job to improve. If i have to ask for a room meeting the basic amenities e.g. Clean room with no neglected repairs, with out ants taken up residents thats a problem. If the management team wants to reach out to learn what's needed to improve your success and warrant the prices you charge and receive referrals from guests hit me up.

We had so much fun here. Nice room, great staff. Drinks at the salt pool in °100. Until 10pm. Valet parking. A good price for rooms. Makes having to take an "Uber" to go drinking and such well worth it. We will come back to stay.

Really nice hotel, with a clean dinning area and clean pool. The staff are really friendly and nice. I had the buffalo wings for dinner and fries, both were very delicious
They also clean the hotel rooms daily

The staff could have made the difference in this rating. I was staying the full week for business with reservations for a second week.

I went to them the first morning to make them aware I had a cold shower. Two more mornings of cold showers, each time I made them aware, they FINALLY moved me. I told them it was either they move me or I check out.

Even without the hot water situation, the rooms were dated, cracked floor tiles, ineffective window coverings for the night (my room was lit the whole night) and no place to rest your legs as you shaved in the shower. It did have two pools, one salt, one chlorine, if that's a make or break for you.

Had they been more proactive, I would have stayed my scheduled second week. The lack of service and dismissal of my concerns prompted me to change my second week reservation. Decided to stay at a Hilton instead and loving it.

Nice little hotel. Two swimming pools both small and clean and saltwater. The rooms are clean and nice, with big comfy beds. The main problem for me was the bathroom - the shower head is pretty basic with no power and sufficient spray. The toilet doesn’t have sufficient suction to completely flush on the first try. The staff is excellent, kind and friendly. The price is also an excellent value.
