Zero consideration for patients' and their drivers' time. In addition to the travel from Bakersfield, each time I have come here, the patient was called back over an hour past the appointment time, and then released several hours later despite a procedure time of 20 minutes. This doctor is taking advantage of his patients who have to come here due to insurance. Patient's drivers can't leave the premises the entire time, even before the patient is called back, or the appointment is canceled. I have been here 4 times and spent a minimum of 5 hours here each time.

Front Desk ladies/receptionists need an attitude readjustment. So unpleasant. You won’t find friendly customer service here. Try Bakersfield. Signed, UN-Happy Customer.

They have too many patients and the ophthalmologist does not attend well because he is in a hurry that he has to check other patients.

Sharing for my grandparents, my grandpa had surgery and he did a great job. Professional and thorough, very knowledgeable. Thank you doctor, he’s doing much better.

Sharing parent's experiences. Terrible. My mom is losing her vision after having procedures done that were a "must" according to this place and its doctors. Wait times are in hours because the doc sees so many people. Doesn't seem safe. If I were you, I'd just please avoid. Only reason why we come here is because its the only place our insurance covers within about 300 miles. The waiting room is like a comic book portraying the love of billing your insurance for every possible thing.

This place is really pack and slow i went and came out 5 hour's later.
