They stole all of my jewelry, my husband’s suits, my jewelry organizer, and several sweaters and dresses. They told me to submit a claim which based on weight was basically no money. I lost priceless family heirlooms.

Trig moving is a scam. David, Robert and their crew destroyed all of our belongings, stopped answering their phone and refused to return any communication. If you value your belongings, never work with Trig.

DO NOT USE THEM! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! Rent a uhaul and pay someone to transport your things! This company is a fraud and will break/damage your items and never respond to you! This is NOT a stand up company I've been relocated since January of 2021 and my case still isn't resolved and today November 10,2021 I was told by management to screw myself. I wish that I were lying or being dramatic but it really happened. If you still choose them may you never experience what we have!

RUNNNNNN! I would give them zero stars if I could. I first reached out to first rate van lines and they contracted it out to Trig. I am extremely unhappy with the services I received from Trig Moving Company. Not only were
the majority of the items transported damaged including; antique
furniture, crystal dishes, equipment my husband uses for work. I
received a quote for $5,700, I was charged $12,000. I was not
given the written quote before the truck was loaded, and I was
told unloading it was not an option. There were large wardrobe boxes that had very little in them, they charge you by they square foot. I wasn’t given an option for
insurance, they trashed my property with packing materials, and
their customer service was full of false promises and no
resolution. I asked to enter into mediation and they declined.

It took them over 2 months to deliver my home goods. They still owe me $240 for late fees and are refusing to pay. Looks like it’s off to small claims court on principle. I can’t let them do this to anybody else. They also did a few hundred dollars of damage to my furniture. Missing parts, water logged equipment, not a great service.

This was a military move and it was explained that I needed weight tags. They not only lost the tags, but lost most of my valuables and to this day almost 3 1/2 months later have my 2019 Jeep Soft top that they have not delivered, because they do not have a truck going to our location. As far as communication they have blocked my phone number or if I call from another unknown number as soon as they get my name, I’ m on hold for over 40 min only to get the same story that my concerns will be passed to a manager.

If you want a bad experience go with this company.

This is the second time I used Trig. The first time was moving out of the state and should have raised a red flag when I ended up with other peoples belongings.
This time, they stored my belongings for two weeks, then started the move 2 days before the 14 day mark (so they were late.) When the movers arrived, we clearly noticed our brand new 55” TV and large framed artwork were gone, as well as furniture and two large a/c units. Make sure you take pictures of the movers loading your belongings in the truck when they pick up your stuff and check the list they give you to make sure all your belongings are listed. They move fast, so make sure you double and triple check the list as they left belongings off our list, which is long and barely legible. The fact that I should have to micromanage this moving company to ensure my belongings would make it to my new home is crazy to me. Why did I pay over $2K to lose over that much and more? I also noticed they managed to lose several boxes of priceless items. My father died when I was little and all his possessions I had acquired are now gone, along with photos and memories of my 2 year olds first two years of life. After contacting Trig, they said they would look for our boxes in their storage and get back to me. They never did, even after several of my call attempts, and the only response I got from them was an automated email with a link to file a claim. I am very disappointed with Trig’s customer service and would not recommend these movers as they WILL lose some of your belongings.

I booked a move with a Broker company four months ahead of time to move across the country, they hired Trig for the job on May 30th or 31st. Trig said they would be here the evening of the 30th or first thing the 31st. Come the 31st, I complete my packing, gave my cat his prescription for travelling and wait for a call. Nothing. The broker company said they would be there that evening or now the morning of the 1st which turned into not being able to make it at all because of vehicle issues! An absolute nightmare.

"At Trig Movers, we aim to provide the highest possible quality of moving services. As Industry leaders, we know that every one of our customers has different needs, which is why not two moves are ever identical. ”

I am Veteran of Armed Forces served my Country and have worked hard in Silicon Valley for the last 30 years at 500 Fortune Companies. This was my first out of state move in over 30 years. I was moving from Oakland to Phoenix, AZ. I chose Trigg because of their mission statement.

This moving experience was very stressful to me because Moving Coordinator was 9 hours late from my (12: 00pm too 2: 00pm window, unapologetic and somewhat helpful. If anything, he seemed very predatory. I had my best friend Terry there with me who is fluent in Spanish, in case of any miscommunication. She was not pleased with service and wanted me to cancel and go with another company.

On March 7th when my goods were delivered at my address in Avondale, AZ. I was disappointed and angered to find my boxes in such disarray and the delivery being late at night again. At first glance I could tell that some of my boxes were opened and poorly taped back up. I went through several of them to find lots of my goods were possibly lost or stolen.

At that time I felt really violated and systematically targeted and robbed of my goods. I lived in Oakland for the last 8 years (November 2012 to February 2020) and never got robbed living in my neighborhood. I called Avondale and Oakland police departments to file a report documenting this atrocious incident. I estimated over $10,000 of items stolen.

The insurance is worthless they offered me $55.0 dollars as a settlement. This was an expensive lesson. Please do all your research before you hire and get your items insured by a licensed agency. In order to keep peace within my soul, I agreed to disagree and let it go. It's only material things that were taken and they can be replaced. My soul and mental health is worth much more. This is how I heal by telling my truth.

Horrible experience. They arrived at my home for an out of state move. They started giving us all these additional charges that we had not agreed upon prior. The movers looked like they were in high school or college and not professional packers. Several boxes were missing when my stuff was delivered. After several times of following up with them (each time with a different person), they never were able to locate the items and we never heard back from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I guarantee you any 5 star review is a fake review to keep their numbers high. This company is a complete scam. The five star reviews are vague and scripted for a reason.
Only use this company if you want anxiety and a panic attack. Your stuff will be late. Your stuff will be damaged. Your stuff will have mouse poop on it. Your stuff will be missing.
If you are already using this company and checking reviews late - file an official complaint with the BBB and with moverescue.com

They were a a day late showing up as promised. They were two weeks late making delivery as promised. They brought all the furniture except one kitchen table chair. It has been over two months and they still have not delivered the chair. Nothing but excuses from them. Was told they would give tracking number on a fed ex or UPS delivery in two days. Another lie. Really, who leaves one chair behind!

Horrible. Do not use this company. Reporting them to the BBB.
All my families furniture was broken.
They don’t care. No respect. Absolutely disgusting that a business can operate like this!

Truly awful company. They show up and try to see how much you can pay them on top of the quote. They charge you $100 for every 75 feet of ‘carry’ even though the original quote was supposed to be firm. I had to leave things behind, even things that were on the list. Then you find out that they ‘eyeball’ the cubic feet requirement that no one told you about and you have to leave more stuff behind or else pay hundreds of dollars more. I ended up having to pay the lead guy personally on Venmo just to get them to take my stuff. The broken dishes, the lost legs to an expensive table added to this misery. Avoid this company at all costs!

Wow they totally ripped off Gina & Eric! Just saw them on the news and they completely ripped this couple off. How do you go from $6000 to $12000 to $18000? !? ! Talk about taking advantage you know they had to be out the next day and had no choice shame on you

I would never use this company again. They took a very long time to bring my stuff. And when they did bring my stuff some of my boxes were wet. They are very unprofessional. Don't go through them if you want your stuff on time and undamage.

They charged $900 more than originally quoted, based on a visual estimate made up by the main guy who came to pick up. They also said I would have my stuff in 7-14 days, it ended up coming in 24 days after I called a bunch of times. Also they’re wildly unorganized, I got a call to set up my delivery two days AFTER I already got my stuff.of course when they delivered “everything”, I was missing multiple items, 1/3 of my big furniture was damaged, and almost all my boxes were broken and beat up. They hire cheap labor and do not take care of your stuff all while overcharging you. ALSO their projected pickup time was 9am-1pm, they unapologetically showed up at 7pm and didn’t finish packing until 11: 30pm which lead to us to getting to the first destination of our trip at 3am.absolutely awful experience in every way. Do not use.
