This group forged documents in an attempt to defraud an extra $450.00 out of me. They sent the forged documents to Escrow and if I did not scan everything with a fine tooth comb I never would have found it. The Residential Purchase Agreement I signed was altered and forged before Trillion sent it to Escrow. Do not trust these people because they will defraud you.
