5 stars for Debbie who does an awesome job with color. If you’re a blonde or want to go blonde, she’s your girl. She does amazing work! Can’t give same kudos to the owner who has a no cell phone policy yet everyone in the shop, including her, is yakking away. Her motto must be do as I say, not as I do.
