Trilogy at Rio Vista

We enjoyed New Years Eve at Trilogy this year.under the guidance of your new general manager Dave, we loved the music of The Midnite Band and Matt Applin. In addition we had a delicious dinner buffet of prime rib, salmon, fresh green beans, salads and lovely desserts. There were beautiful decorations and plenty of party favors along with wines and champagne for both toasts. A new addition was Casino Night and encouraged guests to get up and mingle! The whole evening was well orchestrated and so much fun. Dancing to the Midnite Band was just the perfect dance music to celebrate the New Year! Thanks Dave for all the planning and attention to detail.all in all a very stellar evening

I love that this diverse community of people care and watch out for each other. I love my neighbors. I love that you can not be bored at Trilogy. There is something for everyone, for every lifestyle.

Rio Vista is truly a unique city full of history and wonderful people. Trilogy is beautiful on the outside And the inside. You feel welcomed by all and the quite neighborhood is so relaxing. So much to do and many people to get to know. Lovely Living for all.

I love the atmosphere. I visit my mom and stepdad regularly. The scenery is beautiful. There is no noise from the main road right outside the walls. The only drawback was the limited swimming pool hours for visitors under the age of 18. My daughters visit with me and we constantly miss out on swimming.

Good place to live due to restrictions placed on residents about changes to their property. Master board reminds me of politicians, like to spend money that isn't theirs.

Very nice 55+ active retirement community. Seems like most of the residents were pleased with their investments. Was traveling with a family member who is a perspective buyer. Houses here are modest in size and relatively new (‘99-‘18). The newer mode homes are much more elegant and have a better design. This location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but lots of amenities within the community itself.

This place is absolutely gorgeous everyone should go to the vista club wow! Indoor pool massage restarant its so nice and the people are so nice and polite and professional just a lovely place!

Trilogy is a retirement community in Rio Vista. The houses are cute and there is a golf course in the community. There are lots of community clubs and events. The neighborhood also has a pool, tennis courts, a restaurant, and hot tub.

The food was not very tasty I ordered grits and they were a very watery I only give it one star I wouldn't go back

Nice retirement community with plenty of new homes. However, there's not much around the nearby area.

Nice, quiet, gated community. Wish there were more side walks, but it's not like there is a lot of traffic, or speeding. They do have side walks on the main circle, and a pokestop.

This is a retirement home with rancher style homes phase 1, phase 2 has more amenities with solar power homes as a standard, electric car charging outlets and sprinkler system incorporated at their design

I love it here! My Brother-in-law has had a home here for 10 years, I too now want to move here! Beautiful, friendly, Tom's of activities and nice people. Love the bar and restaurant.so many amenities. Beautiful homes to downsize too live a nice calmer lifestyle.

Poor construction and finishing work. The community is a mix between Suburbicon and the Stepford (HOA). This is my opinion and experience. Not ideal if you are looking for privacy

My mother and uncle live at Trilogy Rio Vista. They have a wonderful lifestyle filled with friends and meaningful activities. The community is clean and safe and I'm very comfortable with them living there. I would recommend Trilogy to anyone looking to escape the noise and pace of the city.
