Hi, i had my eye exam performed on 12/30/2022 by Judy Wong in order to get my prescription sunglasses. When i received my sunglasses left eye was way too strong and i had to redo my vision exam once again to correct the lenses. Since i permanently reside in Arizona and the exam was done in California (which im not planning to visit any time soon), when I called to ask to cover my another next eye exam, I was told I have to pay from my own money, and this is despite the fact that the doctor made a mistake! So i had to pay 134 usd from my pocket to fix the mistake of a doctor. Super disappointed that there is no support/reimbursement offered for the mistake!

Great experience, she was very thorough in her explanation of the process and made me feel comfortable. Took her time to make sure questions were answered and very personable.
