Trinity Urgent Care & Occupational Health, Elk Grove

I chose this location for an employment drug screening. Don’t even bother with this place. They tell you they only take appointments but fail to answer their phones so that you can make an appointment with them. Also never got a call back after leaving a voicemail. I will now have to go to a different location to do my screening because they can’t answer a damn phone. Lazy. I’m glad I didn’t actually go here though because they have horrible reviews for the most part anyways.

Please keep a way from this place you will spend all day here It takes long time to I come 12: 00 pm but still I looking for to call me new is almost 2pm I should live because I have kids at school to pick up them we spend time for nothing

Can’t comment on the care - just the wait and staffing. They only had one doctor working and a waiting room full of people, so I went somewhere else.

Came for a drug test. I definitely recommend getting here at 11 if that’s what you’re coming for. They only take 10 appointments a day, & there was 8 people there already.

It took about an hour & a half from start to finish. You will have a bit of a wait before your test. But other than that, this place was fine.

I was sent to Trinity to get a urine screen for a job and when I got there they said they only do 10 screens a day and it was 11: 20 in the morning and the lobby was full of people waiting for other services.

If you're a business and you're sending employees for a pre-employment urine screen, you need to find someplace else. This is ridiculous that they only do 10 urine screens a day. If their contracted for services they should perform those services.

I've been to this place waaay more times than someone my age should and have had an amazing experience every time.
Wait times aren't bad, staff is super cool and kind, and the doctors always fix my issue. Highly recommend if you live in EG

I got a bill in the mail for $300 unexpectedly. I asked to make sure my insurance went through 3 times before I was seen. The lady that took my information assured me that it did. I was happy because it was going smoothly. But then I get a bill in the mail and turns out they didn’t bill my insurance at all! I asked to make sure everything was good to go to avoid this kind of thing! That lady that assured me my insurance was fine is a liar! Now I’m stuck with $300 to pay even though I have insurance. If I would’ve known I was going to have to pay out of pocket for whatever reason I would not have accepted care at this place. I called 3 days ago to ask what happened and they lady on the phone said “I will have the billing specialist call you back if not today then tomorrow” no one called me back yet

This is by far the worst clinic in Elk Grove very slow… unorganized. And not friendly at all. I was told to walk In people came in after me and was seen before me I don’t know what kind of system them have but it doesn’t look right at all I came in for a drug test been here over 2 hours.

I've been really pleased with this urgent care the 2 times I've needed its services. It's much less busy than some other nearby urgent care facilities and people are really friendly. It's even tastefully decorated. If you need quick care (or employer drug testing) you should go here rather than EG Urgent, which always seems to have a several hour wait. I'm almost hesitant to say that because it'd be a shame if this hidden gem got busy

If I could put zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE FOR DRUG SCREENING. They have the worst schedule & half the time there not even doing the tests. There so lazy & rude they make it seem like there doin you a favor.
