3It's okay. It's an old building, so things like to break. But the location is good, conveniently located close to many things. Price was reasonable during the pandemic. However, when you move out they charge you a lot of money. I would give this place a two and half star, two star for things that were broken and malfunctioning. Three stars for the location.
We love our Maintenance Team at Trio Apartments! They are very fast in taking care of any and all issues immediately. They are very professional and know how to fix everything! Much appreciated! Termites confirmed on the 4th floor facing Colorado with reports of them in other parts of the building. You'd be lucky if they let you pay them to leave for more sanitary living conditions. Do not recommend.
