I love my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I have noticed my headlights lens are different color due to driver side look new than passenger side look yellow. When I purchased and I requested to do buff for the headlight len to make it look same as new. I showed the service guy and the guy do noticed different color. I did watch the guy who did buff both my headlights and seem how the guy buff on my headlights not look how it suppose to be.after I get my car back and something seem not right to me. At night time I checked and turned my head lights on. I was sad both look worse all fog and stretched in circles from their buff machine and it not look new shine which it suppose to be. It seem ruined and look ugly.

Mike was really helpful and, better than that, was no nonsense and straight forward with everything. Everyone we dealt with here was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bought an 8k car to find out less than 6 months later they steam cleaned an engine with 3 significant oil leaks just to sell it so I got stuck with the 4k bill. Buyer beware. Snakes in the grass.

My wife purchased a 2011 Lexus RX 450 H from this dealer. Both the inside front tires were shot, the tires on the back were out of date, the car needed an alignment
Cost is $1100. They sold it to her without the second key fob cost was $400
We have been having electrical issues and pulled the battery out of the trunk and realized that the dealership had put a battery in half the size and placed it on a brake pad to raise the height of the battery up. The battery has a a brand new date code on it.
Not only did it create electrical problems but also was a Heath hazard had the brake pad rubbed away the bottom of the battery. $150
I called the dealer after my wife bought it and asked them to give a credit for the tires or the key fob and they refused. I wish we would've found the battery out sooner as we would've never bought this vehicle from triple crown.

Terrible experience! Go literally anywhere else. We are out of state and bought a van from them over the phone and online. We asked the sales person to be forthcoming about and imperfections, issues, smells etc. Well guess what.they neglected to tell us about many stains, gunk, several broken interior parts including the third row seat, DVD player, built in window shades etc. Dings on the outside and most importantly the awful smell that is hard to pin point. We cannot pinpoint to resolve despite professional detailing. I reached out and of course got no response. They have our money why worry about integrity!

I got an audi lemon that totaled after two weeks. The cheaper cars ive bought here didnt have problems.

Purchased a used 2014 Jeep Patriot for our daughter on August 28th and within two hours of driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. Had the codes checked and found it is the powertrain assembly. Contacted Triple Crown and was asked to bring it in for them to "make it right". After having the vehicle for 4 days, they returned it to us claiming it was good. Got the vehicle back and within hours the check engine light returned.same codes! Vehicle has been in our possession for a week.driven 5 hours total. Unable to reach Triple Crown since.took the vehicle to our personal mechanic and found out the throttle body needs to be replaced. And of course, the warranty that was sold to us by Triple Crown doesn't cover the cost. Shame on us for trusting them and shame on them for not really fixing the problem!

Our third purchase at Triple Crown this past weekend. Brad was terrific as usual. Great selection, great cars, great service. Super fast and painless as well.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Alex Harvey in March. I was treated with respect and had no pressure from anyone, They all worked hard to get me approved and I absolutely LOVE my car, It drives so smooth and has no problems at all! I will definitely be back in a few years! There is a reason why everyone recommends Triple Crown

So I've had my car a little over a month and a half now I haven't really had any problems with it did however have a service light come on no problem took it in easy service $200 fixed when I was getting the car serviced my very trusted mechanic who I've been coming to for over 10 years. Informs me that there's $4,000 worth of stuff that needs to be fixed on my car when I bought the car.the car didn't come with the warranty but I did have an agreement from the salesman that if something went wrong within a certain amount of miles.that I could call them and see if we can work something out they allow me to bring my car in looked at it and pretty much just told me oh well we're not going to do anything for you.so just be in mine they may lie to you a little bit. I love my car it's been working great but I was told that if I felt lied to we could work something out and that never happened.

First the process of filling a online application was easy then I got a call back within 24 hrs customer service was beyond great when I arrived the car I chose was waiting for me to test drive clean respectful service and quick definitely will be buying from triple crown thank you!

I bought a 2003 Highlander with low miles from this dealership and they have been nothing but amazing from the start! When I first was looking at the car, it had a check engine light, but they offered to let me know when it was repaired and ready for a test drive. True to their word, they called when it was ready and the drive went great! The car was super clean and they let me know what work they had done to it. The buying process was super quick and easy as well, without any pressure or hassle.

A couple weeks after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. When I called and let them know, they got me in the next day and were able to fix the issue for me without charge!

I've had the car for about a month and a half now and it has been great. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car, with a respectable price, and a place with great customer service. Triple Crown is the place to go!
