Triple Crown performed better than expected. End company, hardware engineers didn't really estimate the time required to do the software work (creating a network connectionless oriented data flow with Linux kernel crypto support) and was not even setting up a needed working Linux environment until over 2 months after I started (1 - 2 weeks before end date of project), so I quickly set my own personal UNIX/Linux development environment so I could get pieces to work before hardware was available. Good luck to the end company with their endevors.

Although my experience with TCC started like any other agency (too many cold calls by too many different recruiters), I was quickly able to request and settle into a smooth relationship with only one contact at a time. My recruiter called me only when required and kept the communication to the point. TCC has good contacts with hiring teams in my area of business, so it worked well for me.
