Save your time, energy and money. This company is the worst and I normally do not write reviews but others need to be warned about these scammers! I was offered a loan but didn't qualify so was offered debt consolidation instead. I accepted and provided my account info to have the payment drafted on Nov 1st. I called twice on 10/27 and 10/30 to have the payment cancelled since I told them I decided to not use their services. On both occasions, Diego and Nahum told me that I would not be drafted and they assured me my account was cancelled. Well on Nov. 1st my account was drafted so I called Forth on 11/2 and Ray told me the cancellation process was not completed and it would be a $5 fee deducted to have my refund received via paper check and it would process in 7 business days. I agreed and it is 11/26 and I have not received a refund yet. These people are the worst I recommend finding other options before using TriPoint Lending, Guardian Litigation Group or Forth!

Got the offer of a loan in the mail. Came here and good thing I didn't waste my time. If you say LOAN, then give a LOAN not debt consolidation. I needed $$ to travel for a wedding I may have to miss because I don't have the cash for flight and hotel.

Was initially skeptical before calling but glad I did. Brian did an AMAZING job of talking and walking me thru the whole process. So glad to free up much needed $ and get rid of high interest loans!

I have moved from one address to another and I get one to two of these letters in the mail every week. I would never take out a loan from an off brand company when I can go to a reputable bank in my area. I called and spoke to some gentleman and they were asking for the confirmation number on the letter to look me up, and I refused to give it to him. I knew it was a scam when he kept asking for that number. You don't need a confirmation number just to remove a potential customer from receiving this garbage every week. What a waste of your companies time and mine. I will never sign up for these pre-approval letter ever. What I
am going to do is save them all from this point and send them all back when I get a full box of them. This way you will see how it feels to get slammed with this junk in your mailbox. People be aware of scammers.

Rose was very patient and explained the program and answered all my questions. She worked with me and was understanding. She was great to work with.

I got the ad in the mail and decided to check out the website. Later that same day I got a text from Jennifer. She offered to call me during business hours and quoted their hours in eastern time. We set up a telephone appointment for 11am eastern time and then she tried to call me at 11am pacific time. Definitely felt scammy at that point. At least get your time zones right.

This company is a complete mail and clickbait! Not only that the person I talked to was so condescending and rude. When I finally declined after I got tired of being talked down to he literally just hung up on me. Very unprofessional but what can you espect from scammers.

Bad business practices instead of identifying up front as credit consolidation program the give illusion of a cash loan offer. SCAM

I was very pleased with the service that they gave me and it was easy and no pressure given by them it was all up to me on doing this or not.

The fact that you scrutinized every aspect of my credit data and then asked why it is like that, and continued to argue even after it was explained… probably the worst experience I ever had with a lending company. At least the others say no. This guy just kept going on and on about the few things causing negative credit instead of helping or guiding the consumer to satisfactory results.

I felt very comfortable with my representative, she answered all my questions, provided a very workable solution to my dilemma.

Pretty sure this is a scam they send you a pre qualified offer then you call them give them. The code on your offer they act like you pulled it out of butt. And they've never even heard you. I would definitely stay away from these people.
