Triton Air is a wonderful organization - professional from the initial quote to install. I was continually impressed by entire team and the overall communication, both internally and with me. The install experience was great.

There were of course hiccups along the way but the team of John (sales), Susan K (office contact) Jose, Teo and Leo M (installers) and the rest of the *team* was focused on three things: making the customer happy, working around the hiccups and doing a perfect job on the install. All three were accomplished! Thank you! Needless to say, I would put Triton at the top of anyone's list for an professional team for a similar install or repair.

We have used Triton Air twice- very pleased both times. The office staff is friendly, organized, and helpful. You get a confirmation text when they are on their way so you have a heads up as well as a technician bio- always nice to know who will be in your home! Both technicians were professional, respectful, and friendly. Will definitely be using Triton Air again!

Just had my my heating and airconditioning systems replaced yesterday. Two, Luis and Ethen were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They arrived early covered my wood floors, placed plastic all-around my closet to protect my clothes and had the job done by the end of the day. I have a second unit that also needs to be replaced and definitely will be using them again.

The entire process was first class! My experience began with Charlie (the Project Team Lead). He was very thorough with his review of my existing system and provided several options from repair to full replacement. We elected to do full replacement. He arranged for his service technicians to do a "pre-check" before the work began to test air flow and pressure to make sure we didn't have an issue with our underground lines. Then, the crew came to do the removal and installation. They were also fantastic - Jose, Leo, Luis, and Omar. They were professional, on-time each day, and explained everything along the way. They didn't wrap up the job until everything was completed to their and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Triton.

Armando was our technician today and arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He also pointed out some issues we will need to address on future maintenance visits
All in all 5 stars all the way.

Do not use Triton Air. Even with the Costco Discount, they were a few thousand more than other companies. Make sure you shop around and get other quotes. Stay away from rep. John J. I'm glad I checked around after I signed a contract with them and Costco. I cancelled the contract and saved a lot of money going with another local company.

* Mike Nicolai, President - I was quoted the price of 8,550 for both an A/C unit and Heater. A/C model Lennox Elite EL16XC1-048 and Heater Lennox model EL180UH080NE48B.
Like I said, this was for both a A/C and Heating Unit. Your price came in from John 8725.15 for the A/C unit only. So you tell me what's going on. Please respond, I could post your quote for just the A/C same model and the local company I went with for the A/C and Heating Unit.

Armando R.provided excellent service and explanations. He was courteous and professional, took a great deal of time explaining all that was going on with my malfunctioning furnace, left me detailed notes and photos and provided a way for me to remain in contact with him as we decide on what to do next.

John (sales) on a prior day discovered a HVAC Intake Vent severely obstructed; he fixed it at no charge! Then, today, Casey went above expectations. While Casey was at our home to replace the A/C compressor motor, he noticed that a "low speed" relay was partially melted. It turns out that the normal "high speed" compressor relay capability had never been activated due to faulty wiring by installing competitor. Now, Triton Air is now our HVAC "go-to" company!

Wonderful service (have units serviced 2x year) provided by Joe. Informed me of options for more efficient operation and installed better filters to improve air quality. Very satisfied with Triton for many years

Aaron was a great service technician and was also very knowledgeable about current HVAC systems. We decided to purchase a new AC from Triton Air after speaking to him at length about energy efficiency, size of replacement and of course pricing options. Thank you

Casey and Kevin serviced my system. They were professional and patient with my questions. They also taught me a couple of useful features my system had that will improve my experience with the system. This is the 3rd time I've used Triton and the experience is consistent: professional, timely, and experienced. Strongly recommended.

Both service persons were very courteous and professional. Quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it right away. They went out of their way to explain some of the functional features of the system and why the problem occurred. Very positive experience for me.

Their technician Joe is remarkably knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. This was our second time we had to use his help at diagnosing a problem with our heater. He solved it very quickly! The previous time he redid the shoddy workmanship of plumbing the condensation away from the HVAC to the outside. The work he did is clean, precise and completely fixed our issue of the water run off not draining properly. I would use Triton Air again, and hopefully it’ll be Joe!
