To the owner. Please talk to your employees that are rude to customers for no reason. Very argumentative. The only thing they do is make the business loose clientele. My wife told them a plate with pineapple & Mango. When they gave it to her, it had cottage cheese, honey and other ingredients. Kindly my wife told them that it was for my 8 year old daughter. She only wanted pineapple & mango. They got upset and push the order away. Kept doing orders from people that got after my wife, until my wife told them she couldn’t wait anymore. They got argumentative and told her she had to wait. Very poor customer service. And very sad that they let their attitude problems take over. Cashier and woman making orders 3/12 around 7: 00 p.m.

Just because I need to add a star to rate this place is a 0! I called in an order because that’s literally what I wanted to do is get there, pick up and leave. The owner tells me it was a 20 minute wait which was fine, I get there and he is under staffed which I totally get as well. I announced that I had placed a phone order and they said to have a seat. After 45 minutes of waiting I go to the counter and check on my order and the owner himself says that he had never received a phone order not that he knew that I was waiting on it. When he was the only guy there and had literally taken my order. I suggested a discount for the bad service and he said he couldn’t lol like if he wasn’t the one in charge. Also this place has been rumored to have pests in the kitchen. Don’t waste your time and money here!

This establishment gets -*** 3 negative stars 9 yrs ago the owner was rude had words with him. Now Nov 2022 thought I'd give it a shot. FAILED HORRIBLY ordered a fruit salad and it had no flavor. Suggestion to who ever is making the fruit salad don't cut up the fruit just because it looks pretty. You have to make sure it has flavor. Fruit salad SOUR!

Here for the comments. How is this place even still running lol. For one don't use dry salad mix in a sandwich. At least mix the salad mix with Italian dressing or something. Make a chipotle sauce and less alfalfa. Could be a gem but sounds like a shhh-hole

I purchased a torta and a fruit salad. I noticed the cost of both plus taxes was not matching my numbers; when I checked my text message receipt or electronic receipt there was an additional fee called inflation rate 9.95% in addition to the tax rate of 7%.
Question, is this new in all the food establishments? If so, why they don’t tell you anything or why it is not posted somewhere? At least you know that there is an additional fee on each purchase.

Owner was completely rude. I called to ask a question he hung up on me. When I called back thinking that maybe the call dropped he sent me to voicemail 3 times. If I could give a negative star I would!

Very bad service the place was very hot and they only had 1 ac unit and employees had turn it only to them self. And don't get me started with the flys. SAD.

A piece of plastic in my sandwich i bit went later to get my throat checked. These people couldn’t even give me a refund back as i threw the food in the trash in they’re face i was respectful and they just shielded each other and ghosted me completely not surprised these types of traditional beings would behave like this.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE
so I went to Tropi Frutas and walked in to the side of the register next to the regular line and owner of the place came up to me and very agresively asked me if I was Uber. I answered yes he asked me to get in line (so I did). When one of the employees asked me what oder I was picking up, he interrupted and said the the Uber workers are worth less he asked to leave or he would physically throw me out, And also started to insult me very agresively. I did report it to Uber. Hope they do something about it

I saw the owner scratch his but (under pants) then start making sandwiches.walked right out. Tripped on a mouse
