I always pack a notebook (on No. 4 now) in my bag and write everything down after each lesson. Read notes back to Troy just in case I've forgotten a critical part of the lesson. When I do, he dictates what's missing, respectfully. Troy's not only professional but is an incredibly kind person. He's the GOAT.

I had zero golf experience when I first met Troy, and I was a bit apprehensive about taking golf lessons, but Troy has made it very enjoyable. After a few lessons, Troy has taught me the basics and has given me the tools to continue to improve my swing, but most importantly, I've realized I truly enjoy the sport. If you are looking for a great instructor in Southern California, I highly recommend giving Troy a call. I have been working with Troy for over a year now and I have made great strides in my game. I went from shooting in the high 90's and 100's to consistently low 80's and getting close to breaking 80, which would be a personal best for me! Troy doesn't try to break down your swing and start from scratch, he works with what you do well and makes little adjustments along the way that bring big results. His instruction is easy to follow and he makes it easy to apply for players of all skill levels. I never leave a lesson with Troy feeling lost or like I am not sure about what I just learned. I like that we will also do some on course training, which is always great practice before playing a round.

I picked up a golf club for the 1st time a little over a year ago. After coming to the conclusion that I couldn't hit the ball 2x's out of ten swings I knew I needed help.
