Troy's Burgers, Chino CA

I am so shocked and disgusted. First, they gave me yellow chilis and one of 2 had mold which obviously made me throw the other one out as well. Whatever, no chilis not a big deal. I opened up my burger and not even having to take a bite to find that there's a hair sticking out of my burger. I got it drive thru and took it to my home in Ontario so I did not want to drive back. So i took the hair out and cut the burger in half and wanted to eat the other half.i took a bite and my stomach churned. IT WAS SOUR. Never have I had a SOUR burger. I also got french toast for my baby and he won't be eating it after I realized how disgusting my food was and how terrible the quality control is. A whole 2 meals in the trash and money wasted. Disgusting.

My favorite drive-thru burger and breakfast joint. Their Greek Chicken salad is the ultimate bomb meal!

The hamburger and fries were ok.not the best.but not bad.
My son got a Club Sandwich and it was fantastic.

The good was ok.not anything to be excited about.
Perhaps having heard they were wonderful caused me to have to great off expectations.
I invited my adult son & brother in law and then drive about 10 miles from South Ontario, passing a number of better burger restaurants on the way.
Once again.the food is "ok".

Drove through. I ordered chicken dinner, and cheese burger special. I got home and hade chicken strips and fries. No chicken drum sticks breast nor wings.no bread. But i got charged for chicken dinner. Chicken Strips sucked.

Delicious breakfast burritos. Must have their pico de gallo and the Heinz Hot taco sauce packets. Reasonable prices in this inflation.

Everything I have eaten here has been very tasty. Beats Mc donkeys and Jack any day.
I get the chicken salad and it's huge.

Over priced, over salted fries, under cooked bacon, undercooked meat, restricted restrooms, only customer inside, I’d expected better.

Got the Troy's Burger Family bundle, it was a great & delicious deal that fed the whole family. The fries were hot & well seasoned. Great service! (:

This was my favorite place to come and get a double cheeseburger! This time it's like they over toasted the bun and it would crumble into sharp pieces of bread and was cutting my mouth. I would have put liquid in my mouth to chew it. Not what I was expecting after driving 60+ miles one way. One burger should not represent a true test. They have a extensive menu and you should try it for yourself. It might be your favorite place to eat. The double burger use to be $6.57 now thanks to Biden and Democrats now cost $9.70

Foods good but kinda pricey. Go through the drive thru if you're in a hurry. Walking in it takes longer to get your food but it's well worth the wait! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of my favorite burger places in Chino. Onion rings are really good & zucchini sticks are as well. My son ordered a double Cheeseburger with bacon & loved it. Great burger place. We will DEFINITELY return & support this local family business.

They have the best tasting turkey burger (lettuce wrapped) and their fries are sooooo good:)

I say when a place is packed in the drive-thru and busy inside they must be doing something right. It was a little bit of a wait due to how busy they were but not too bad. I LOVE how they have different options on their menu. I have now found a good keto-friendly place and close to work. The food was delicious.

Their drive thru line is usually long and depending on the day will take longer than usual but they have great food and excellent customer service! The guy that helped us out today was super nice and handsome! I'll wait in the long line just to see him again.

I went there last month, but am getting around to writing my review. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. I ended up backing out of the drive thru and waited another 5 minutes inside to get my pastrami sandwich. When I got my sandwich the bread was stale and fell apart in my hands as I ate the sandwich. I paid $15 for the sandwich which was small for the price. I can get the a much better sandwich with much more meat and fresh bread at The Hat for a few bucks less. I'll never go back to Troy's.

Great food but kinda pricey. Takes a pretty long time to get your order if you walk in so your better off going through the drive thru. But the food is good so it's definitely worth the wait if your not in a hurry. Staff is friendly & very accommodating.
