Jack was VERY responsive to our needs, We had a power outage that started out to be for a couple of hours, then to first thing in the morning and moved again to mid afternoon the next day. Jack would regularly call me to check the status to see if our power had been restored.

Our company decided to rent a temporary power source to be able to get our servers up running at least, We asked Jack if he could come on site during this process to assist us with any issues and trouble shoot if necessary. Jack was here for a few hours to make sure things would work temporarily and once our power was restored, checked to make sure things restored back to normal.
