Called in at Truck tops USA, spoke to Chris about a trailer I needed, he was super informative and gave me the “In N out” service. Very happy overall.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, great prices, trusted products, and one great showroom! It keeps getting better!

I have purchased 5 trailers from this place. All of the purchases were a great experience. 2 maverick 3 horse trailers, 2 dump trailers, and a flatbed trailer. I have also had them install things such as a gooseneck hitch and a 7 pin connector in my bed. The staff is nice, the owner is great, and the owners son is great. I like everyone here.

So why 2 stars? I had a 70 gallon fuel tank installed in my truck. I asked them multiple times not to drill a hole in the leather in the dash. There are plenary of places to place the switch in plastic. I paid a lot of money for this truck. I got my truck back with the fuel tank installed perfectly but… someone drilled a hole in the leather in the dash, and put the switch in the worst place in the world. They put the switch where i specifically told them not to put the switch. You can guess what the dealership charges for a new dash pice covered in leather.

In addition, I put $200 down on a water trailer. They got one in stock 6 months later. They called me. I called them back and said I would take it. They said they would call me back. A few days later I called them and I was told they sold it. I wasn’t upset and waited for the next delivery. A few months later the exact same scenario happened. So two times a water trailer was sold out from under me. I asked them to refund my $200. I am not sure it was ever refunded as I never received the call back. The insulting thing is the fact that I showed up there with cash in hand to buy a dump trailer and they refused to sell it to me due to it having a deposit on it. So they won’t sell me someone else’s trailer, but they won’t respect my $200 deposit.

So, they were clearly good people if I am going to have that happen and still leave 2 stars, but they are clearly too busy to pay attention to what is going on with their customers at this point.

I don’t have time to deal with this so I am just not coming back here again. They are busy enough so I don’t think they need my business. I am just buying my new trailers from Barnone Auction in Sacramento from now on. I also was planning on buying a Mahindra from them, but just went to Kubota after this experience and bought an MX6000.

This company is still way better than John Deere though.

I called to ask questions. Very cool over the phone I was a hour away. They had a trailer that was brand new that was last years model that was discounted down by alot. I couldn't say no I went as soon as I can and gave them the money they hooked it up and 10 min later I was on the road. You guys have my business for ever. Thank you for the amazing service

The worst customer service iv experienced in years.they apparently don't sell replacement bolts for the one they installed that failed (snaped in half). Probably should have been covered under warranty but I asked to buy a replacement and was told to go the hardware store myself, its was wild.when I expressed my surprise that they didn't have a replacement for the broken bolt that they sold and installed, I was told I was acting like a child.not sure who spiked their coffee pot with meth that morning, but id rather drive 100 miles than take my business to this joke of an establishment in the future.

Worse place to shop for a trailer, looks can be deceiving. They have the rudest attitude, I have been waiting for parts on my trailer for 6 months and still no response. Every time I call they make excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

We had a great experience getting a camper shell on short notice for a trip. They did their best to have the shell arrive in time, and it was much quicker than other places we got quotes. Great customer service, Steve was friendly and provided helpful information.

This place is awesome!
2 days before we were heading out of town on a week long vacation, I went out on a limb and walked into the shop. Casey helped answer my many questions (as I am a new/1st time truck owner). They had exactly what I was looking for IN STOCK and had time to install the bed cover THAT DAY!
Above and beyond, I highly recommend them!

Horrific customer service. Spent a lot of money here over the years. Never again. FYI the Campways store next door has better service, although both stores share the same ownership. EAWBOD

Bought a camper shell, came all the way from Reno, still saved $$. Service was very good, and all the people were nice. I would recommend getting a quote from them before buying anywhere else. I am very happy with the purchase, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My tail lights quit working. Went back to them to get them checked. They took 15 minutes to unplug the harness they installed and billed me $110.00 dollars for an hour. I called to see if they would spend the remaining 45 minuets I paid for troubleshooting the problem. They said no way and hung up on me.

Came in earlier today to get a tonneau cover and the staff were quick to assist me with my appointment. The front desk personnel were straight forward and professional. I was told it will take approximately one hour and was out the door in 40 minutes. The gentleman in the front desk took his time to not only explain to me how the cover worked but also demonstrated it to me. 5/5 service that I will be recommending to friends and family.

So disappointing to state Casey one of counter person, who is someone whom I could not recommend for any products or service.a bit rude and dismissive to my concerns & issues I am encountering with there product they sold to me. I simply asked for a warranty replacement, it was refused and I was told it works fine even after i reported that I have encountered issues 3 times within 4 weeks after purchase and use. Sad that customer service is lost on this individual.be very cautious on where & whom you purchase from. I myself will not be buying or recommending this location going forward from today.
