True Collectible, Riverside CA

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Really takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a review good or bad. They scammed me. Purchased a card from their IG a couple months ago and never received it. They said it got lost in the mail that they sent out another one which was over two weeks ago. Coincidence that it got lost in the mail a second time? Don’t think so. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They just took my money. So many better shops that are friendly and give amazing service. This is by far the worst place to get any collectible.

Not a good experience at all. Yes, I found a couple of issues I really needed, but I can't truly put it as a plus in my overall opinion of this store. Not as disorderly as The Comic Dude yet somehow even more claustaphobic. There are a few bins but they are randomly priced, likely at the whim of the clerk. However, most of their stock is sporadically strun at the bottom of display cases- mainly filled with collectible figurines and toys. I will sooner return to The Comic Dude than I ever return here. I mean. WOW.

Brian is awesome if you haven’t ever been there you should probably go check it out he Carries some of the coolest stuff, the outside/out front looks dark but it’s open until 7 pm everyday. You won’t be let down…

First time going was helped well and a lot of different stuff with fair pricing! Bought the last Tempest box and pulled this beauty

Really cool and beautiful store but my main issue is that for alot of their collectable statues and / or figures they definitely charge more then Ebay, not to be rude about it because i know they have to keep a business running but they should atleast be alittle flexible in prices, almost all the collectable stuff (not cards) were like either 20% over current market and a few stuff were almost upwards of 80-90% over current market that are active on Ebay, long story short if you want to see a really unique shop definitely go check them out but beware how much you pay, again not trying to be rude to a small business but being a bit flexible on prices might help

I bought a few card packs from them and never received shipping info weeks later. Tried Dm-ing them on their instagram page, nothing. Tried emailing AND calling them. Nothing. Don't buy anything from here online, you'll never get your stuff.

Absolutely HORRIBLE online experience. I ordered 6 Pokémon vintage booster packs on 9/28/21, their website says they ship in 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks without shipment notification, I emailed them on 10/14. Brian Tamayo said he'd look into it and get back to me asap. I waited another 4 days to hear back before I emailed again, and didn't receive a response. I emailed another 3 times with no response, my last email was sent 2 days ago on 10/25. When I call, it rings once and disconnects. I have been SCAMMED out of $149.88. I've filed a dispute with my bank, have reported this store to the FTC, am leaving this review in hopes that no one else will fall prey to their online scam, and will find every other avenue to warn others not to buy online from them. This was incredibly disappointing, those cards were meant to be Christmas presents for my son and nephew who are avid 11-year-old collectors. Vintage cards would have been the perfect addition to both of their 3,000+ card collections. Shame on this business.

I’m from Italy and this is the most unbelievable and no-sense of my whole life.
I made a mistake on an auction in ebay and paid for an already sold item. Anyway they took my money (1307 USD!) without sending the item (which had been already sold to another customer).
The normal solution should have been to receive a normal and simple refund but this didn’t happen for ONE MONTH.

I tried to contact them in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE: ebay, mail, instagram, web chat. I sent two ore three message EVERY DAY to have my money back!

I sent messages also from my friends mail, wondering WHY they completely ignored my messages.

After A MONTH they answered to my girlfriend telling that they were trying to do a refund but they can’t do it for unknown reasons. From there they disappeared again. I wrote other messages but never got an answer.

Desperate, I called directly ebay that made the refund in 5 days.

It’s UNBELIEVABLE that the shop DON’T answer to a customer who has lost so much money! I still can’t believe how can they work like that. No comunication, no customer service, and 1300usd own for a month without a single answer.

I made a mistake, for sure, but this is still embarassing and I still can’t understand nor believe it.

Great TCG Store. I’ve visited once in store, wide variety. Although most of my purchases are through the IG page. Highly recommend.

Awesome people, great vibes and most importantly great customer service. Been doing business with them awhile now and they haven’t let me down yet. They corrected mistakes made in the past before and I’m definitely a happy customer. Keep up the great work!

Amazing customer service! I’ve never gone into this shop and not had someone ask if I need help. The employees and management are such nice and caring people. It’s a plus when they actually are into the product themselves so it’s easy to get into a pleasant conversation with them. They have great prices and are the only place I’ve been able to find the Japanese cards.
