Never answering the phone for customers I been calling for two days several times a day and nobody answers

The sizes are never TRUE… Gotta be careful when ordering online because the MEDIUM may run LARGE or SMALL. Super frustrating when you know what size you wear and have to run to the store for exchanges and then arrive to the store to find the stock low

My wife and visit true religion stores all across the country, but never had an experience like this one. The store was so inviting and store manager, Carol was simply amazing …. She told truly customer service to another level.we will travel here from Las Vegas simply because of her. Her smile lit up the entire mall.see you soon Carol from NJ

No customer service number for you to call you have to email which they don’t respond to or you have to chat/ txt which the agents are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and dismissive they do not care to resolve your issues you ask to speak with a manager they will simply lie and say they don’t have one available and end the conversation. I will no longer support a business that cares so little about its customers. I have been tracking my order since November and apparently it has never left the fedex facility the tracking hasn’t been updated and I still don’t have an eta on a delivery date. Their blaming the holiday but I call bs I have ordered from other places and ups, Amazon and other shippers are not taking this long to get ppl their orders. Especially seeing I’m in the same state from which this stores ships from I shouldn’t be waiting this long.

Love this place. They had a really good sale 40% off everything in the store. Felt like a kid In a candy store!

I was so exciting to come visit this store, when I came in I was welcomed but then I noticed the employees attitude changed, two young girls gossiping about work and personal problems and when I asked for assistance, one of the heavier set girls was so rude about stopping her conversation to assist me. Never coming back I’m all about feeling welcomed at a store. I’ll stick to the outlets and Marshall’s. Please get better employees, this is seems as if she hates her job.

First and foremost, I want to say Oscar is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The chubby girl that works with Oscar, she gave me and my boyfriend a weird off uncomfortable vibe which I didn’t like. Other than that, They had great selection of clothes for men and women.

If you want to pay for premium jeans for walmart customer service come to this store. I'm typing this while two workers are to busy folding to help me out.been waiting for 10minutes. About to leave and never come back
