Truly the best plumbing service in the south bay! I was incredibly satisfied with the punctuality, professionalism and quality of service! Technician Roque went above and beyond and fixing several other small things while informing us about each step in the process. I appreciated not only the money this saved us, but the time he took to explain everything to us.

One of your drivers just cut me off in traffic and almost ran me into a wall in Chino, CA. License plate ending in 90L1. He had a buddy who was the passenger and he was laughing as I was trying to not wreck my car. I have a picture of the vehicle.

Took them 6 days to tell me that they can't do business a certain way,
I needed them to provide me with an estimate for re-rout some plumbing.
I'm a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customer's property
Danial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If I'm not there, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate!
I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow!
you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back!
Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so I'm the one responsible for the job if you messed up
it shouldn't have took you 6 days to tell me you don't work with general contractor's!
you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days!

I don't know about there work but I would never trust anyone to do good work if they are unprofessional like that!

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

I've been using this plumbing firm for many years now with many of my properties. They are always very professional and reasonable. So they became my go to plumber for any service call I get from tenants.
